Hello, does this house include access to a community fitness center? If so, is there a cost?

Answer:

This home does not include access to a community fitness center, however you may access the Pine Island fitness center for a fee. The fees associated with this are Fitness Center Rates-not associated with Pine Island Per person - $20 day, $60 week Per couple - $30 day, $90 week Per Family - $45 day, $125 week

What is the loft? Is it another bedroom?? We were looking and wondering what that is?

Emma, the loft is the sitting area with table and chairs located a half level above the Level 3 great room. You can view the loft in Images #8 and 9 on the photo slideshow.

Is there an option to heat the pool? We are looking at the third week of september. Does the pool get lots of sun to where it would still be warm then?

Answer:

No, the pool for this home cannot be heated. The pool is located in full sun, however, the temperature will depend on the air temperature which can be unpredictable in the fall.

Marge, the home currently provides an ice maker in the L3 Kitchen, a electric frying pan and griddle is not provided.Please keep in mind ice makers, electric frying pans and griddles are not standard amenities and subject to change. You can use liquid, powder or pods in the dishwasher for the home.

We are renting the Brightwaters Home E070 between 9/28 and 10/5. How many coffee makers are in the kitchen and what type of filters are required for coffee? Thank you.

Excellent question, Lee! We do not guarantee a specific type of coffee maker as they can frequently change throughout the season, however, E070 currently provides a standard drip style coffee maker that uses basket style filters.

Question:

Since the Cabana Service provides six beach chairs, does the house also provide five beach chairs as standard equipment giving a total of 11 beach chairs? We need 10 beach chairs. Are any of these chairs the larger chaise lounges?

Answer:

Jack, the Beach Cabana service is provided by the homeowner from Memorial Day through Labor Day, so there would be at least 5 chairs at the home in order to provide chairs at other times of the year. So, you should find 10 chairs, but not the chaise lounge type!

In the pictures there appears to be two outside grills. Is one of those Charcoal burning?

No Bridget, this home advertised only a gas grill, and the gas is provided for our guests!

There is a statement by the owner in response to a review that a second refrigerator was purchased and was to be installed on 8/11/13. Your answer to a question about a second refrigerator on 8/27 stated you did not have any info regarding this???

Question:

Is heating option available for pool at this home and is it likely to be needed Memorial week? Also, why are only 3 bdrms considered master but not the 4th? It looks like 3 on 2nd level have bath attached and walk out to deck as well as the one on 3rd.

Answer:

Hello! Brightwaters does offer a private pool as one of its many amenities, however it does not have the option to be heated. The King room on the second level is not considered a Master because the bathroom associated with that room is semi private, meaning you can access the bathroom from the bedroom, but there is also a door leading out to the common area.

Are there beach chairs and bikes to use on the property? How many refrigerators are there?

Suzanne, every Twiddy home provides 5 beach chairs. Bikes are not a standard amenity.
