The great room on the third floor is the home’s main living space. The comfortably furnished living area is surrounded by windows, allowing natural light and views of the ocean into the room. Up the short flight of stairs, the ship’s watch is the perfect place to relax with a good book. The cooks in the family will love the kitchen, which is fully equipped to prepare meals throughout your stay, including two ovens. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby, and barstool seating is available at the kitchen countertop. Outside on the expansive sun decks, sip your morning coffee as you watch the sky change colors from the nearby sunrise over the ocean. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which offers deck access and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom can be found on the landing between the second and third levels of the home.
On the second floor, there is an additional master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. Two additional bedrooms are also available on the second level, one with a semi-private full bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The final master bedroom is on the ground floor of the home and includes a private bathroom. There is one additional bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor. The pool table in the rec room provides many evenings of fun. Snacks and cold drinks can be readily available in the kitchenette in the nearby den.
Outside the refreshing private pool is waiting for you to make a splash. After shooting hoops at the basketball goal in the driveway, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub.
