The Guest Services team is comprised of Vacation specialists who provide Southern hospitality, from vacation planning to booking, as well as personally welcoming guests as they arrive to the Outer Banks. Guest Services is available to assist guests throughout their vacation, including planning their next OBX vacation, always with a smile. A positive guest experience is the Guest Services team’s priority. Guest Services works closely with all other departments within Twiddy & Company.
The Field Services team specializes in communication with an overall goal of improving the maintenance of our vacation homes. Problem solving skills are necessary to evaluate and correct minor home issues as well as knowing local vendors to contact to address specific issues. The Field Services team also guides homeowners toward making educated decisions about the upkeep of their vacation home, all with Southern hospitality in mind. Members of the Field Services team work in the office as well as in our vacation homes.
The Home Services team ensures that homes are clean and prepared for each guest’s arrival. They coordinate cleaners, inspectors, and linen providers for each reservation in our vacation homes. Each vacation home must be serviced during a short period of time between guests. Home Services is also responsible for scheduling and coordinating various deep cleaning services throughout the year.
The Owner Services team is the first point of contact for our homeowners. Owner Services facilitates the introduction of homeowner to all aspects of Twiddy & Company’s property management service, including recommendations on rates and service providers as well as answering any and all questions that arise. The Owner Services team regularly communicates with homeowners on best practices for optimal asset management.
The Marketing team strives to provide an exceptional digital experience for guests and homeowners, as well as providing relevant information about the Outer Banks. With the goal of booking weeks in Twiddy’s vacation homes in mind, Marketing greatly contributes to both the guest and the homeowner experience. Top notch visual presentation for each vacation home and relevant content are a priority, as well as digital innovations are launched during the ideal timeframe.
With a focus on research and development, the Analytics team collaborates with all other departments within Twiddy & Company to collect data. Analytics looks closely at the information collected and presents it to various stakeholders within the company with data-reinforced recommendations for improvement.
The Accounting team handles the overall financial aspects of the company. From handling guest vacation payments to generating monthly financial statements for homeowners, as well as handling the financial responsibilities within the company.
The Twiddy & Company Communications Team is comprised of seasoned content creators, media experts, and visual storytellers. The team is responsible for a wide range of internal and external communications activities and works closely with the media to tell our company’s story to regional and national audiences.
The Technology team is responsible for maintaining all information systems and hardware to keep the company functioning on a daily basis. From server maintenance to programming innovations, the Tech team continually evolves to keep up with the ever changing technology advancements.
