Enjoy watching for dolphins from the great room on the third floor of the home. The comfortably-furnished space features cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace for use during cooler times of the year. Step out onto the oceanfront deck to enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise over the ocean. At the end of your day, curl up in the loft with a novel and gaze out at the sun setting on the sound. The kitchen features granite countertops, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, a Wolf electric five-burner cooktop, two sinks, two islands, and a large pantry. There is one master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom, on the top level of the home.
The home is loaded with amenities, including a private pool, hot tub, elevator, rec room, wrap-around decks, and two laundry rooms. The middle level of the home has four bedrooms that have access to the wrap-around deck, where you can enjoy ocean-to-sound views while relaxing in the hot tub. From the pool area, use the private walkway to the beach to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach. On the ground level, you’ll find the two remaining bedrooms and a rec room that flows seamlessly outside to the large saltwater pool.
