Large windows flood the open-concept great room with natural light, while the vaulted ceilings and thoughtful layout create a seamless flow throughout the living area, gourmet kitchen, and dining area. to the inviting great room and dining area. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area, which features multiple lounging areas, with the ocean view always on display. Sink into the sofa and watch TV, or put together a puzzle at the nearby table. A gas fireplace is available to keep cozy during the cooler months of the year.
Across the room, the gourmet kitchen is as attractive as it is functional. Two ovens, a gas stove, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space offer plenty of room to prepare meals for your entire group. From pancake breakfasts to charcuterie in the afternoon, it’s truly a treat to prepare meals in the kitchen. Barstool seating at the butcher block island and a breakfast nook are perfect for quick meals. The breakfast nook includes a wet bar and a refrigerator for easy access to beverages. The dining area is the ideal setting for long, lingering family dinners or game nights that stretch into the evening. or simply relaxing with a cup of coffee as the sunrise paints the sky. Up a short flight of stairs off of the dining area, there is a lounge area with a video game, sure to be popular with the kids in your group. The home’s elevator helps with bringing groceries from the ground floor to the kitchen on the top level. Step outside onto the deck, and the ocean practically greets you at the door. Kick back and relax with your favorite beverage and enjoy the view.
Gather in the home’s theater room on the ground floor for family movie night. Outside, the pool area delivers in every way, with a stunning pool that offers a tanning ledge. Sunbathers will have plenty of space to lounge, and the bubbling hot tub is available nearby. The pool house is truly a highlight, with a layout that combines a game room and an indoor/outdoor bar. The indoor/outdoor bar lets you choose between sitting in the sunshine by the pool or in the shade of the pool house. The pool house is equipped with a pool table, foosball, a TV, and seating, perfect for taking a break from the pool or beach. A private walkway leads directly from the pool area to the soft Corolla sands, making spontaneous beach strolls or ocean dips effortless.
The bedrooms at Sweet Caroline are as inviting as they are elegant, each designed to offer comfort and a touch of privacy after days filled with sun and laughter. Many include ocean views or deck access, giving you the chance to drift off to the sound of crashing waves or start your morning with salty air and sunshine. The ensuite bedroom on the third floor includes a whirlpool tub in the private bathroom. There are three additional ensuite bedrooms on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. The middle level also includes three additional bedrooms, two with deck access, and two full bathrooms. The final two ensuite bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with a private bathroom.
In addition to the amenities at the home, Pine Island offers tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, and a community pool with a kiddie pool.
