There’s no better time to “Love the Now” on the Outer Banks! This charming oceanside retreat is just a few houses away from the beach and offers fantastic views of the ocean. You’ll have your toes in the sand in no time, as there is a walkway from the home that conveniently connects to the community beach access, not even one road to cross to get to the beach! Comfortably furnished and offering an impressive selection of amenities, there is something for everyone.
A wall of windows in the great room on the top floor allows natural light to fill the area while you relax with loved ones or catch up on your favorite shows. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. The spacious and attractive kitchen provides everything you need to prepare the fun family meals that characterize a beach house vacation. Enjoy family meals together in the nearby dining area while watching the waves. Take your morning coffee outside onto the deck to catch a glimpse of a gorgeous OBX sunrise over the ocean. One master bedroom with deck access can be found on the top level. The spacious ensuite bathroom is as attractive as it is functional, with a beautiful soaking tub and glass shower enclosure. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
An additional en suite bedroom, including a private bathroom, is located on the home's middle level. There are four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms included on the second floor as well. One bedroom has additional beds that could host one family or a crew of kids. The second floor covered deck, which can be accessed from 4 bedrooms, is where the hot tub sits for you to enjoy in the salty breeze.
The remaining bedroom and full bathroom are located on the ground floor of the home. Get ready for some friendly competition all evening long in the rec room, which includes a pool table an additional large TV and seating area.There is a gaming table and chairs on this level as well.
Outside, fun in the sun will be on your agenda at this generously-sized property. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge poolside in the sunshine. When you're ready to take a break in the shade, there is a spacious cabana in the pool area, which could serve as an ideal spot for an afternoon nap or an outside meal. The poolside cabana, which also shades the pool a bit in the afternoon, allows guests who are sensitive to the sun a chance to splash in the pool in the shade. And if volleyball is your game, gather up the entire crew for a fun volleyball match at our sand court adjacent to the pool.
In addition to the amenities at the home, Pine Island offers amenities within the community. Two outdoor pools and a kiddie pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a bike/jogging path, and a playground are all available for use during your stay. And who wants to drag trash cans to the street on vacation? Pine Island handles this for you, bringing the cans out and back on the proper days. Nature lovers will be thrilled to know that the Pine Island development borders the beautiful Audubon Sanctuary, offering miles of scenic walking and biking trails. The Pine Island Racquet & Fitness Center is also available for a fee. However you plan to spend your time on the Outer Banks, “Love the Now” and enjoy making vacation memories at this home!
