Enjoy your vacation in the spacious “Sea Spray I” on the oceanfront! Stunning ocean views and salty breezes are yours to enjoy throughout your stay at this beachfront home, located on a quiet cul-de-sac. There is plenty of space for your entire family at this well-appointed home.
In the great room on the top level of the home, the beautiful ocean view fills the space. The living area includes comfortable seating ideal for lounging and watching your favorite TV show or watching the ocean waves roll in. During the cooler months of the year, warm up with the gas fireplace, which is also shared with the den. Curl up with a good book in the cozy den, or simply gaze out of the windows at the waves rolling in. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to make meals for your entire crew, including two ovens. Two dishwashers are a huge help when it’s time to clean up. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby, which offers beautiful views of the ocean. Additional dining space is available in the ship’s watch. Outside on the deck, enjoy a stunning sunrise over the ocean with your morning coffee. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
Three additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. There are also two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor, as well as a private den that can be used for lounging or as additional sleeping space. Laundry facilities are included on the middle level of the home. The final bedroom and full bathroom are on the ground floor of the home. The full bathroom is accessible from outside of the home as well, convenient to the pool area. Spend evenings in the rec room gathered around the pool table, or choose to play ping pong. A wet bar with a full refrigerator is available nearby so refreshments can always be handy. A second laundry room is also available on the ground floor.
Outside, your family can have some fun in the sun in the pool area. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around the poolside. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, enjoy relaxing in the shaded pergola, which includes a ceiling fan. After dark, soak your cares away in the hot tub while gazing up at the stars in the dark night sky. Take a short stroll over the private walkway to the beach to stick your toes in the sand. The walkway features a dune deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze at any time of day. “Sea Spray I” is the perfect vacation home for you and your family to make treasured memories!

We would set up a tent in the morning and then with the private boardwalk, family members could easily go between beach and house throughout the day. Pool is a great size and there is lots of seating/lounging space around pool. Top level of the house has fantastic views of the ocean. Lots of deck space. Kitchen is well supplied."

"Sea Spray I is a great house for a family reunion. We had 15 people, with ages ranging from 8 to 80. There was plenty of room for everyone, whether gathering during meals or when someone needs their own alone time. There were a few maintenance needs during the week, but with the texting feature with Twiddy responses were quick and the issues were resolved very fast."
"We had 4 generations at Sea Spray 1. We ALL enjoyed ourselves in the comfort of the “big house” according to our 4 year old grandson. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and has a well-stock kitchen. Twiddy was responsive with a bathroom issue and fixed it within an hour. Thanks for making lifelong memories! "The entire family loved this house. It was clean and spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. Loved the second den area. It was perfect for the kids and their video games. Separate from the adults but within view. Loved that the kids room was not on the bottom level (main reason for renting this house in particular). The master bedrooms were spacious. However, the bed in the master bedroom on the middle floor needs an upgrade. Even with the added padding it was very hard and the frame was crooked leaving the mattress at an angle with the head slightly lower that the feet. Amazing ocean view. Hot tub was super clean and spacious. Would definitely rent again. Looking forward to next year."

Multiple areas for reading/ tv/ puzzles Big kitchen 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators Loved the walkway over dunes … perfect sitting area for sunset plenty of room for 7 grands (ages 5-14) and 8 adults We had 2 issues … broken leg on chair and ice build up on bottom of freezer. We called on Monday and within the hour a man arrived at the house to address our concerns"

"Our family greatly enjoyed our week at Sea Spray I. The home's thoughtful design meant there were plenty of areas for people to gather, and also areas to spend time relaxing with a book. Thank you for the selection of adult and children's books in the library. And the view of the ocean through all those windows was stunning! The kitchen was very well equipped, with only one small issue: the refrigerator was missing one of the in-door shelves, and one of the vegetable drawers was misaligned and difficult to pull out. Aside from that, there were lots of pots and pans, many small appliances, and plenty of serving trays. The pool seemed huge, and the beach chairs that came with the house were pretty new and in great shape. This was the nicest house we've ever rented, in 40 years of coming to the OBX."
