Enjoy your vacation in the spacious “Sea Spray I” on the oceanfront! Stunning ocean views and salty breezes are yours to enjoy throughout your stay at this beachfront home, located on a quiet cul-de-sac. There is plenty of space for your entire family at this well-appointed home.
In the great room on the top level of the home, the beautiful ocean view fills the space. The living area includes comfortable seating ideal for lounging and watching your favorite TV show or watching the ocean waves roll in. During the cooler months of the year, warm up with the gas fireplace, which is also shared with the den. Curl up with a good book in the cozy den, or simply gaze out of the windows at the waves rolling in. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to make meals for your entire crew, including two ovens. Two dishwashers are a huge help when it’s time to clean up. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby, which offers beautiful views of the ocean. Additional dining space is available in the ship’s watch. Outside on the deck, enjoy a stunning sunrise over the ocean with your morning coffee. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
Three additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. There are also two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor, as well as a private den that can be used for lounging or as additional sleeping space. Laundry facilities are included on the middle level of the home. The final bedroom and full bathroom are on the ground floor of the home. The full bathroom is accessible from outside of the home as well, convenient to the pool area. Spend evenings in the rec room gathered around the pool table, or choose to play ping pong. A wet bar with a full refrigerator is available nearby so refreshments can always be handy. A second laundry room is also available on the ground floor.
Outside, your family can have some fun in the sun in the pool area. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around the poolside. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, enjoy relaxing in the shaded pergola, which includes a ceiling fan. Keep the fun going while listening to music on the poolside Bluetooth speakers. After dark, soak your cares away in the hot tub while gazing up at the stars in the dark night sky. Take a short stroll over the private walkway to the beach to stick your toes in the sand. The walkway features a dune deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze at any time of day. “Sea Spray I” is the perfect vacation home for you and your family to make treasured memories!
