Planned updates for the 2026 season include an updated Level 1 powder room, all new Level 3 decking, and an updated outside shower!
Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Pine Island, “Bella Vista III” is a gorgeous, oceanside home that is ready to host your next OBX vacation! On the top floor, there is a King master bedroom complete with a whirlpool, shower, and deck access. The great room includes a L-shaped couch and lots of room for everyone in the family to gather. The kitchen is well-equipped to serve you and your family. Two dishwashers will also help the cleaning process after each meal or snack preparation. The dining room area sits 10 and the kitchen bar seats six people!
On the middle floor, there are two King master bedrooms, a Queen master bedroom, and a master bedroom with two double beds that also has access to the deck! Also on this floor, there is a den area complete with couches, flat screen television, and a wet bar!
The ground floor level includes a King master bedroom, a Queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two bunk bed sets with a shared bath. The rec room is also on this floor! Here you can challenge each other to a game of pool, relax on the couches, or catch the game on the television! There is also a kitchenette and a laundry room here. Outside, you can find the home’s private swimming pool, hot tub, and lots of deck space!
