Relax and enjoy the refreshing “Atlantic Breeze” at this stunning oceanfront vacation home! Located directly on the beach, panoramic ocean views are yours for the duration of your stay. Featuring top amenities and many extras, this family friendly beach house is sure to please your entire family.
Upon entering the home on the middle floor, you are greeted by the ocean view, visible through a tall wall of windows in the living room. Natural light flows through the windows, filling the space, including the third-floor sitting area, which overlooks the living room. The sitting room offers the opportunity to watch the large screen TV or simply gaze out the windows at the beautiful ocean view. The living room includes attractive and comfortable furniture as well as a gas fireplace, available for use during the cooler months of the year. Catch up on your favorite shows or watch a movie on the large TV. In the kitchen, you’ll find plenty of equipment to prepare meals for your group. There are two ovens, two microwaves, a large cooktop, and two dishwashers. There is a coffee area with a wet bar and a high top table, perfect for a grab and go breakfast. The nearby dining area is furnished to accommodate your entire family, with a large dining table as well as barstool seating. There is a half bathroom included on the second floor.
On the third level of the home, you’ll find five master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of the master bedrooms have private oceanfront decks. One of the oceanview bedrooms includes a built-in workstation, perfect for checking in with the office or school. The four additional master bedrooms are on the home's middle level and each includes a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms includes deck access. Laundry facilities are available on both the second and third floors of the home.
The ground floor of the home was furnished with fun and games in mind. The rec room offers the opportunity to play, relax, or work out. When you’re ready to play, choose either the pool table or foosball table for some friendly competition. An arcade game is available nearby for the gamers in your group. A Peloton bike is included so you never miss a workout while on vacation. When it’s time to relax, there is a sitting area with a large TV. Stock the kitchenette in the rec room so that snacks and cold drinks can be readily available no matter what you chose to do. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor as well.
Step outside to the oceanfront oasis. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool, or simply lounge in the sunshine poolside. There is a poolside cabana, which is perfect for taking a break from the sun. From the pool area, there is a private walkway over the dune to the beach. Beach equipment setup service is provided during the summer season. A rinse station is provided on the beach walkway to get some of the sand off before re-entering the pool area. In addition, an outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet are conveniently located near the pool area. The spacious outdoor area includes two gas grills and a charcoal grill for the grill masters in your group. There are two EV charging stations at the home, one Tesla and one Level 2 charging station. “Atlantic Breeze” is the perfect location for your family to make Outer Banks vacation memories!
