Follow the path to the beautiful “Chateau Amie Marga” in Corolla! Located directly on the oceanfront, enjoy stunning views of the ocean during your stay. In addition, there is just one row of homes in this section of Pine Island, so you’ll have unobstructed views of the Currituck Sound as well. Watch a gorgeous Outer Banks sunrise with your morning coffee on the oceanfront deck, and watch a serene sunset on the sound with your evening beverage on the west-facing deck. With seven master bedrooms and a plethora of amenities, there’s plenty of space for the entire family at this lovely OBX vacation home.
The great room on the third floor of the home will surely be where the family gathers to plan the day’s activities. Large ocean-facing windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful ocean view, whether you’re relaxing on the couch or preparing dinner in the kitchen. Enjoy conversing with loved ones in the living area, or step outside onto the spacious deck to enjoy the salty breeze with your conversation. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a six-burner Viking cooktop and two ovens. An elevator can provide assistance with getting groceries up to the third floor of the home. Enjoy meals together in the nearby dining area. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes deck access and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. A half bathroom can also be found on the top floor.
On the second floor, there are four master bedrooms, each with deck access and a private bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a whirlpool tub, perfect for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. The highlight of the middle level is the theatre room, which allows for the opportunity to take family movie night to an epic new level.
Two additional master bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the home, each includes a private bathroom. The remainder of the bottom level was thoughtfully appointed with fun in mind. Many hours of fun are in store at the pool table in the rec room. Cold drinks and snacks are readily available in the kitchenette nearby, which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Laundry facilities and a half bathroom can also be found on the first floor for convenience.
Just outside, you’ll find the refreshing private pool and plenty of space to lounge around in the sunshine poolside. Accessing the beach is convenient using the private walkway from the pool area. After the sun sets for the evening, head out to the hot tub and enjoy a restorative soak under the stars in the dark Outer Banks sky. “Chateau Amie Marga” is ready and waiting for your family to make vacation memories!
