Top amenities and a spacious layout combine with custom architectural details that highlight the home’s exquisite location to provide your family with an unforgettable Outer Banks experience.
In the great room on the top floor of the home, gorgeous views are available no matter which direction you look. Relax in the comfortable living area, which features floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the beautiful ocean view to fill the room. A desk facing the ocean is available if checking in with work or school is required during your stay. Refreshments are never far away, as there is a wet bar provided in the living area. Across the room, the well-appointed kitchen is a chef’s dream. Large picture windows facing the sound allow you to gaze out at the marsh while preparing meals or cleaning up. Big family meals can be prepared with ease, as the kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a six burner gas stove, two refrigerators, and plenty of counter space, including a kitchen island. The elevator assists with getting groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the top level. A separate kitchen island includes a second sink and barstool seating, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack before heading outside. Two dishwashers are helpful when it’s time to clean up after family meals. Two separate large dining areas are available so the entire family can have a seat at the tables. Just around the corner and up a few steps, the ship’s watch is another comfortable place to relax. Views of the ocean and the sound are available from the ship’s watch, making it a great place to catch a sunrise or a sunset. Natural light flows through the many windows, making the ship’s watch the perfect place to curl up with a book at any time of the day.
Outside on the wrap around sun deck, enjoy the salty ocean breeze while listening to the waves lap the shore nearby. Enjoy your morning coffee on the ocean side of the deck while watching the sunrise over the ocean. In the evening, grab your favorite beverage and head out onto the soundside of the sun deck or onto the covered deck facing the sound to watch the sunset on the sound.
Back inside, there are two master bedrooms on the third floor of the home. Beautiful views of the ocean are available from each of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms includes direct access to the oceanfront deck. Both master bathrooms are spacious and equally impressive, one with stunning ocean views and the other with views of the sound and a soaking tub. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
On the middle level, you’ll find five additional master bedrooms. Each master bedroom includes a private bathroom and access to the spacious covered decks. On the ground floor, there are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a full bathroom between them.
The remainder of the ground floor was furnished with entertainment and fun in mind. Kids will love the rec room, which includes foosball, shuffleboard and an arcade game. A refrigerator is included in the rec room so refreshments can always be nearby. A kitchenette with an additional refrigerator can be found in the den on the lower level. The den is comfortably furnished and includes a TV and a table that is perfect for playing a hand of cards. Never miss a workout during your vacation, as this home is equipped with a home gym. After your workout, relax in the sauna nearby. Also included on the ground floor is the spacious laundry room includes two washers and two dryers.
Outside, there are several options available to play or simply relax in paradise. The shaded outdoor living area with a TV is the perfect place to watch the big game while listening to the waves lap the shore nearby. Take a dip in the refreshing crescent-shaped private pool, or enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub underneath the pergola. The nearby expanded pool deck is the perfect place for a mid-day cookout. From the pool area, take a short stroll over the private walkway to the beach to sink your toes into the sand. If you prefer to simply enjoy the view and salty ocean breeze, the dune deck is the perfect place to relax and appreciate your surroundings.
Although the home is in a unique location in Pine Island, entertainment and local attractions in both Duck and Corolla are just a short drive away. “Station One” will be your family’s most memorable vacation stop on the Outer Banks!

Extras
Elevator, dune deck, private pool with poolside cabana, Cabana Service offered from May 25, 2026 to September 12, 2026. This home receives beachside cabana and beach chair services during your stay. Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10AM to 5PM daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Surf School. Pine Island community pool and tennis.
