The great room on the upper level of the home is attractive and features floor to ceiling windows that allow the sunshine to fill the room. The living area has comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying a chat or watching a show with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen is spacious and well-appointed. Although the kitchen is gorgeous with granite countertops and attractive cabinetry, it is functional as well. There is plenty of counter space for meal preparation, two ovens, and two dishwashers. There is a separate coffee bar with a mini-fridge between the kitchen and dining area. The dining area features a large table and many windows to allow the light in. Step out onto the spacious deck to enjoy the warm sunshine and salty breeze. There is a ship’s watch with a game table and ocean views up a small set of stairs from the great room. There is one master bedroom, with its own private bathroom, on the top level, as well as a half bathroom. The large master bedroom features private deck access and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.
There are four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, on the middle level, along with laundry facilities. There are an additional bedroom and full bathroom on the bottom level of the home. The remainder of the lower level was designed for fun and games. The pool table and game table in the rec room will provide many evenings of fun. The wet bar with mini-fridge ensures that snacks and drinks are never too far away. Step outside to the outdoor oasis, and take your pick of the many outside activities. Take a dip in the private pool or have a restorative soak in the hot tub. Earn bragging rights by challenging family and friends to a volleyball match or game of basketball.
