The great room on the third floor is open and bright, with many windows to allow natural light and the ocean view to fill the space. Catch up with loved ones or watch TV in the comfortably furnished living area. During the cooler months of the year, a gas fireplace is available for use. For those looking for a quiet place to relax, the ship’s watch nearby is the perfect place to check email or curl up with a good book. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your vacation, including plenty of counter space. The kitchen island has a large section with seating, perfect for a quick breakfast before heading outside for the day. In addition to the main refrigerator, there is a wine fridge in the kitchen as well. Enjoy family meals together at the large dining table nearby. When it’s time to clean up, two dishwashers in the kitchen are a huge help. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom can also be found on the top level of the home.
On the middle floor of the home, there are two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. The additional bedroom also includes deck access, and a full bathroom is located nearby. There is a sitting area included on the second floor as well. The final bedroom is located on the ground floor of the home and includes a full bathroom that also opens to the sitting area. The spacious sitting area includes a wet bar with an ice maker, convenient to the pool area.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool, or choose to lounge around the poolside. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub, which is located under the gazebo nearby. For the active members of your group, community tennis courts are located just behind the home. The Pine Island community pool is just steps away from the home as well.
