This home is in such close proximity to the community pool, it's like having your own private pool in the back yard. The bright and airy great room, which includes the main living area, dining area and kitchen, was thoughtfully designed to be the hub of the house. There’s plenty of room for everyone to assemble to eat and during meal prep. Gathering areas on each level ensure that everyone has their own space to spread out.

The neighborhood pool was just through the backyard path and the kids loved it. The walk to the beach isn't too long and the beach access path is magical with greenery all around. There were so many decks to enjoy on the home and the kitchen was well stocked."

"Perfect Home for Us!! We stayed at this home in 2003 when our boys were toddlers. Our parents joined us for that trip as well. 19 years later and we're back! We loved the home at that time and loved it even more this trip! The owners obviously take pride in their home and have made various updates which we loved! The kitchen is fully stocked and well organized. The deck is AMAZING and connects to each level from the outside. This is an wonderful addition since our stay in 2003. If you are looking for a home that has ocean views, this isn't it. However, we absolutely LOVED it because of the privacy it offers. The pathway to the public beach access is well maintained and took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We even spent some time relaxing in the tree swing. During our stay, the weather was sunny and in the 60's for the first couple days and gradually rose to the low 90's by the time we departed. We went to the beach every day and it was so nice to have the shower and foot wash when returning. The audio system was wonderful and we turned it on each day simply to have relaxing music to listen to. The owners have photos of their family within the home which gave it a "family" feeling. The only issues we had were: 1. The gas grill located on the top level deck had a difficult time staying lit because of the winds. The third burner never did light but we managed with the two that did. and 2. There were no beach chairs to be found anywhere and they were listed as "included" with the rental. We didn't have an issue with this because we brought our own but one of our chairs sits very close to the ground so we thought of using one that was provided but was unable to locate them anywhere. 3. The kitchen is small and we feel it would be difficult for 3 or more people to be in there at the same time. Again, we didn't mind this because it was only the two of us this trip."
