Get the royal vacation treatment at “Fit For A Queen!” Located oceanfront on a secluded stretch of Pine Island, this home offers panoramic views of the ocean and the sound. A spacious layout was designed with large groups in mind. Luxurious details can be found throughout this spacious retreat, with over 8,000 square feet. Enjoy the ocean views from the light and airy great room, with enough seating for your entire group. The updated kitchen is a chef’s dream, with an oversized gas range, two dishwashers, wine cooler, two sinks, and abundant counter space. Two dining areas flank each entrance to the kitchen, allowing guests to watch the sunrise over the ocean during breakfast and watch the sunset on the sound during dinner. The ship’s watch, with recently replaced furniture, serves as a quiet place to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Two master bedroom suites can also be found on the top level.
The middle level includes four master bedrooms, each with a King size bed. Screen the latest movies in the theater room also included on the middle level. An additional King master bedroom can be found on the lower level, as well as a kids’ bedroom with multiple sleeping arrangements. The rec room features a pool table, foosball, a 55” TV, two gaming TVs, and a pub for endless hours of entertainment. An office is included on the bottom level for those who must work on vacation. A relaxing sauna is available on the lower level.
Step outside to the outdoor oasis! Take a refreshing dip in the private pool and let the kids play in the shallow area. The pool deck and cabana feature upscale outdoor furniture for the ultimate in outdoor relaxation. After the sun sets, have a restorative soak in the hot tub and gaze up at the stars in the dark night sky. The dune deck is perfect for enjoying salty breezes at any time of day, and the beach walkway has solar lighting to help with accessing the beach for ghost crab hunting at night. An added bonus, all bedrooms in this home have 40” TVs and ceiling fans. The basketball goal allows for some friendly competition among family members. Arriving guests are welcomed by an Ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Prepare your family and friends to be “Fit For A Queen!”

Extras
Beach Cabana Service offered from May 4 to September 20, 2025. Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10AM to 5PM daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services, outdoor ping pong table, multiple Smart TVs.

"Great kitchen, beautiful and had many amenities, including great knives. The only things lacking were kitchen towels and a broom, which Twiddy had delivered to us when we called about it. The Pool furniture was very plentiful, nice, clean and in working order. Only negative was the house only had the required 5 folding beach chairs, way too few for a house with 9 bedrooms."

"House was beautiful and very well cleaned, kitchen well stocked with dinner and cook wear, only drawback this year was the over abundance of Midgets and spider webs, we were not able to use the outside decks which in past 2 years we were always able to use! A few technical problems like pool filter and pool lights not working, but called Twiddy and both were taken care of the next day, also had a plumbing problem under the kitchen sink and Twiddy was there in 2 hrs to fix!!"

"Fit for a Queen truly did feel as if it were fit for a queen! A beautiful home which offered gorgeous views of both the sound and the ocean. The rooms were perfectly maintained and lovely. Being a family of "foodies" it was nice to find the kitchen so wonderfully stocked with an array of pots, pans, waffle iron and many needed kitchen utensils and gadgets. Silent dishwashers are always such a PLUS! We were so happy that we were able to have the pool heated. I think that the pool got much more use simply because the water was warmer. A nice added touch were the pies that the owners left for us, which were gobbled up by our family. Beautiful home!"

"Fit for a Queen was the perfect fit for a family vacation for twelve. We all had our own space and also a great open 3rd floor for games, dining and watching tv. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The one drawback is the lack of storage space in the kitchen for the groceries we brought with us and purchased once we arrived. It would have been handy to have a cabinet or two to store our groceries in. Every cabinet was filled with an excess of pots, pans, dishes, and other kitchenware that wasn’t used."

I wish we had a easy solution for the storage, we opened up some cabinets only to come back and see kitchen items moved back to them. "This is a great house! Wonderfully appointed. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools. Our vacation started with a tropical storm but we didn’t mind hanging in the house while it rained outside. A well-stocked movie room and plenty of room to separate for different games made it easy to spend time cooped up with our large family. Everyone in our group agreed that the house was great!"
