"This was our second stay at Counterpoint, and the place is large enough for a few families to mingle with plenty of room. The kids loved playing ping pong and air hockey. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans for preparing large meals. The views from the large windows are incredible which is why we love oceanfront properties."

"Home was filled with nice furniture, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The grandchildren and adults liked the ping pong table , ice hockey, and pool. Pine island homes have large windows with allow incredible views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare most meals at the house."

"The house was beautiful 😍! We had our immediate family (8 adults and our grandchild). The house was spacious with our game nights, and cooking "chopped" activities in a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The pool was soo used all day every day. Well landscaped and taken care of. OBX will and always will be "Our Happy Place". We definitely will be returning!"

"It was a beautiful home! Every single room was perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. With the number of people we had staying in the house…. It was wonderful having the double dishwashers & double ovens. There are plenty of outdoor porches with amazing views to relax on. We enjoyed the afternoons at the beach & our evenings in the hot tub. Our family had the best time together. We plan on booking this beautiful house again!"

"This home is beautiful. We had an amazing time. We didn't find out the situation with the Midges / spiders until move in day. There were thousands outside and some inside. It would have been nice to have many outdoor brooms so we could sweep them away. We didn't use the decks nearly at all because of this. The grille was way too small to cook for the amount of people the house holds. We brought our own grille which was extremely difficult. Only 5 beach chairs wasn't enough for this house, we also brought our own."
"Overall great location, AC was uneven around the house and the pool around was a bit rundown. Bikes and beach chairs were not useable."
"Kitchen is outdated and it is lacking kitchen supplies. Pots and pans are old and need to be replaced."
