It’s “Time to Beach” at this gorgeous pet-friendly oceanfront retreat in Duck! Views of the Atlantic Ocean are abundant on the top level of the home, inside and outside. The great room features floor to ceiling windows on the ocean side. The spacious decks allow you to be on the lookout for dolphins and enjoy the ocean breeze from multiple areas, whether you’d like to relax in a lounge chair or enjoy an afternoon beverage on the dune deck.
The top level of the home features two spacious master bedrooms, each with a private attached bathroom. The ocean-facing master bedroom has private deck access, which offers expansive views of the ocean. The middle floor of the home is the main living area, with the great room that is suitable for the entire family. The attractive kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals during your stay. The dining area just off the kitchen is another opportunity to enjoy the ocean views. There is one master bedroom on the middle level, with an attached private bathroom. In addition, there is another bedroom and a full hallway bathroom. Step outside onto the spacious oceanside deck that leads directly to the beach.
The lower level of the home was designed with fun and entertainment in mind. The den features a sitting area with TV, perfect for the kids, plus a half bath. The outdoor patio area is the perfect place to play in the game area or relax at the bar. A nearby beverage refrigerator keeps cold drinks handy. Step outside to make a splash in the private pool.
Located in Poteskeet, this home is centrally located in the heart of Duck Village. Walk or bike into town for morning coffee and a stroll on Duck’s soundside boardwalk. This beautiful vacation home has everything you need for an amazing OBX vacation, and when it’s “Time to Beach”, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time!

"We entered the front door and felt like the home was designed and featured on one of the shows on HGTV…beautiful. The private beach entrance coming out of the second floor was a great feature. I positioned 2 of the high back chairs on the end of the walkway and my wife and I had coffee and watched the sunrise everyday of the week. Heated pool was a bonus and probably wouldn’t have been in use if it wasn’t as it was still early in the season. Thanks for a great week."
