Have an “Absolute Delight” of a vacation at this semi-oceanfront home in Corolla! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just one house back from the beach in Pine Island, sparkling views of the ocean are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Getting to and from the beach is convenient, as there is a walkway directly from the home that merges with the community beach walkway. Comfort, convenience, and fun amenities are sure to please your entire family at this ideally situated vacation spot.
On the top floor of the home, the great room is open and airy, with natural light flowing through the windows throughout the entire space. Kick back and relax in the living area and either watch TV or catch up with loved ones. If your visit is scheduled for one of the cooler months of the year, a gas fireplace is available to keep you warm. Across from the living area, you’ll find a well-appointed kitchen for preparing meals throughout your stay. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, which features a great view of the ocean. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter barstools, as well as the smaller table nearby, which can also serve as a great place for card games or putting a puzzle together throughout your stay. Up a small flight of stairs, the ship’s watch is an additional area to relax, perfect for curling up with a good book. There is one master bedroom on the third level, which includes a full bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
An additional master bedroom, which includes a full bathroom and deck access, can be found on the middle floor of the home. Two more bedrooms and one full bathroom are also on the second floor. Each bedroom has access to the deck. Laundry facilities can be found on the middle floor. Outside on the deck, relax with a soothing soak in the hot tub. The final bedroom is on the ground floor of the home and includes deck access and a full bathroom that also opens to the rec room. Enjoy evenings around the pool table in the rec room. Refreshments can always be handy, as there is a wet bar with a refrigerator in the rec room.
Outside, make a splash in the private pool or choose to lounge around the poolside. A half bathroom is conveniently located in the pool area. In addition to the amenities at the vacation home, the golfers in your group can take advantage of reduced greens fees at The Currituck Club. Your beach vacation will be an “Absolute Delight” spending time with loved ones at this lovely home!
