Relax and unwind in this spacious yet cozy beachside retreat with French country décor! Step into a tastefully decorated seaside oasis that boasts colorful ceramic tile, hardwood floors and ample room for the entire family. All floors are handicap-friendly via an elevator and wide entry doors. The expansive decks across the oceanfront side of the house on the top and mid-levels allow access from all oceanfront bedrooms, great room and sunroom. Plentiful Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining set and large hammock offer many ways to enjoy the sunrise and salty ocean breeze.
Upon entering the welcoming two-story entry foyer on the second level, the staircase leads you to a large, charming great room. Expansive ocean views are plentiful from this open floor plan with its stunning floor to ceiling cathedral windows. Watch the sunrise or the sunset from the comfort of the sunroom with adjoining oceanside and soundside decks. The kitchen and dining area are cheerfully decorated and offer guests fantastic views during meals. Cooks will love generous kitchen features, including a new Jenn-Aire 5-burner cooktop, a new Bosch wall oven with microwave above, two dishwashers, a triple sink and breakfast bar.
Five large bedrooms on levels two and three overlook the ocean, allowing for maximum comfort. The first floor offers a large bedroom with a semi-private bath. Completing this level is a rec room opening to the pool area which features a big screen 4K TV, game table and plenty of board games and puzzles for rainy days. A kitchenette with refrigerator, ice maker and microwave keep snacks and drinks handy while having fun. The pool and hot tub are easily accessed from the lower level with a private walkway to the beach. A beach cabana service is provided for your convenience with chairs and a tent that are set up and taken down daily, except on arrival day.
