One look at the sweeping views from this oceanfront home, you’ll have a “Beach Habitt!” Located directly on the beachfront in the Pine Island community in Corolla, there is a private walkway from the home to the wide, soft sand beaches. Most of the bedrooms are masters, offering more privacy to large groups.
The top floor of the home features a spacious great room, which allows in wonderful natural light and beautiful ocean views. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the living area while watching your favorite show. The ship’s watch is the perfect place to step aside with a good book. The large kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals for a crowd, with a double oven, six-burner stove, and large center island. Cleanup is made easier with two dishwashers. There are two separate dining areas, as well as seating around the island in the kitchen. Have a front row seat to the beautiful sunrises while enjoying an early morning coffee. Enjoy an afternoon beverage with the gorgeous ocean view as your backdrop. There is one master bedroom on the top level, which includes a private bathroom with a soaker tub and deck access. A half bathroom completes the third floor.
The middle level of the home boasts five master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Several bedrooms have deck access. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the ground floor of the home. All will be sure to congregate in the media room on the ground floor in the evenings. Play at the pool table or challenge family members to an exciting game of ping pong. Snacks and cold drinks are readily available for breaks in action, as a microwave and refrigerator are located nearby. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor as well.
Fun in the sun is on the agenda when you step out to the pool area. Play all day long in the private pool, or lounge in the sunshine around the pool. A poolside cabana is available for those who prefer shade. From the pool area, you can access the private walkway to the beach, which features benches at the top of the dune, the perfect place to relax and look out for dolphins. After a stay at this well-appointed OBX home, you may have a new “Beach Habitt!”
