Top Level | Ocean Views & Main Living Space
The main living area is located on the top level, where floor-to-ceiling windows fill the great room with natural light and showcase sweeping ocean views. The open living area is ideal for gathering after a day at the beach to watch a movie together or simply talk about the day’s adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups, including an oversized refrigerator and two dishwashers. Nearby, the dining area and cozy breakfast nook offer inviting spaces for shared meals, puzzles, or planning your day outside. The elevated ship’s watch is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and offers front-row views of the ocean and the sound. Outside, the expansive oceanfront deck is perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and everything in between. On the opposite side of the home, the sound-facing deck offers an unobstructed view of the sun setting over the Currituck Sound. This level also features a private ensuite bedroom with a whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, private deck, and peaceful ocean views.
