Vacation “Anticipation” is what you’ll have once you book this gorgeous oceanfront retreat! Stunning ocean views await you from this exceptional Pine Island vacation home. Grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. In the evening, head to the opposite side of the home to watch the sunset on the Currituck Sound. This home offers a secluded setting since there is just one row of homes between the ocean and the sound in this section of Pine Island, yet it is convenient to both the village of Duck and shopping, dining, and activities in Corolla.
This home’s grandeur is apparent upon walking into the main entrance on the middle level, with an attractive foyer with a curved staircase. Once at the top of the curved staircase, you are greeted by a wall of windows that allows the beautiful ocean view to take center stage. In the great room, there is a spacious living area with comfortable seating, a gourmet kitchen, and two dining areas. The spacious kitchen is a cook’s dream, with granite countertops, two refrigerators, an island with two cooktops, two ovens, two dishwashers, ample counter space, and plenty of cabinets for food storage. Preparing meals and cleaning up is made better with the Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop. Two dining areas offer the option of having breakfast while watching the sunrise and dinner while watching the sunset. An additional sitting area off of the soundside dining room serves as another comfortable spot to see the sunset. A spacious master bedroom on the top level has a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a private oceanfront deck. A half bathroom completes the top level.
The middle level includes four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms offers a whirlpool tub and a private deck. Gather your family together to watch your favorite movie in the theatre room, with a half bathroom nearby. Laundry facilities are located on this level for convenience. On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Entertainment and relaxation were in mind when designing the remainder of the lower level. A rec room with a pool table will provide many hours of fun, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave are nearby to keep snacks and cold beverages handy. Relax in the sauna after a long day at the beach. A half bathroom completes the lower level.
Step outside to the pool area to experience your own outdoor oasis. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool, or soak your cares away in the hot tub. Several outdoor furniture options and a grill allow you to lounge around or prepare a meal while loved ones splash nearby. Through the gate from the pool area, follow the private walkway over the dune to the soft sands of the Corolla beach. There is a generously-sized dune deck with built-in benches seemingly designed for afternoon chats. However you choose to spend your time at this magnificent vacation home, we’re sure that it will live up to your “Anticipation!”
