Welcome to “Moonlight Reflection”! Decorated in a contemporary style with Mediterranean accents, this Pine Island community home is adorned in an array of hues reminiscent of sun-washed beaches. Ocean views and sound side marshes allow one to admire the play of light as the day moves from dawn to dusk, followed by the moonlight reflecting on the ever-changing sea. Step onto the top level and you’ll enjoy unparalleled views of the golden sands and crystal blue waters. The great room is ideal for relaxing and catching up with loved ones. All chefs will love the spacious granite kitchen, complete with a six-burner Jenn-Air stove and double dishwasher. The large dining area allows for conversation and laughter to flow freely during meal times. Outside, the spacious deck area is ideal for relaxing during all times of the day and spotting Outer Banks wildlife. Drift to sleep with the sounds of ocean waves in the luxurious bedroom, complete with a semi-private bathroom. There is also an office/sitting room with a day bed and a convenient half bathroom. A handicap accessible master bedroom and private bathroom is located on the ground floor, as well as a bunk room with a private bathroom. Outside, your private pool paradise awaits! Splash around in the pool or soak in the sun rays on the comfortable furnishings. When you’re ready for the beach, take advantage of the private beach walkway. After a day of sunshine and sandcastles, take a restorative soak in the hot tub before heading to bed.
