Water views are enjoyed from every room of this home. There is only one row of homes in this area of Pine Island, offering more privacy on the beach and bike and walking paths.

"This was our third time staying in Play Hard, Dream Big. We've been coming to the Outer Banks since the late 90's, and this is by far the best home we've stayed in. The views of the ocean and the sound are phenomenal. The home is well kept, well supplied, and very comfortable. It's obvious that the owners take pride in providing a quality rental, and we're already looking forward to coming back next year!"
"Another great stay and Play Hard, Dream Big! I write a review last time we stayed so here are a few more things about the house: You can’t beat the location. The front and back views are both amazing. The house had a few updates from last time. (Painted kitchen cabinets, new stairs to the beach). This house has great water pressure on every floor. That hasn’t been the case in other houses we’ve rented. This house has a great selection of puzzles and games. There are plenty of dishes for a crowd. We used the TV’s more this time and they were working fine. The surround sound on the top floor was nice. It is a great beach house! My family from out west fell in love and booked a week for next year before they flew out. Thank you Twiddy and owner!"
"We loved everything about the home! Unfortunately, the stairs to the beach got ripped off by the storm on the Monday of our stay and we did not have stairs all week. The maintenance crew was quick to show up, assess the damage and started building a new set before we left. Was it inconvenient for us? Yes it sure was, but these things happen and we understand that. Great group of people involved with this home!! We loved how cozy the home was, we loved the dining table and chairs! We got to see the dolphins swim by! The kids loved playing hide and seek in the home, the game lounge was a great space to have for our down time. This home is located in the middle of things to do in both directions. We did many of the puzzles that we found in the home. Crabbing at night was so much fun, our neighbors let us use their stairs to access the beach."

"We had a lovely time. The beach home was magnificent. Excellent ocean views and sound views. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, utensils, small appliances, two dishwashers, two stoves, and huge fridge! Three swivel rockers were in front of the huge windows that were very clean, we enjoyed the views! All beds were very comfortable. Hot Tub and pool were great. Twiddy representatives were so nice to deal with when the AC had a hiccup. The owners addressed the AC issue immediately. Double washer and dryer were perfect. Elevator was a huge help with suitcases, groceries. Pool table was a hit. We definitely took care of the home as if it was our own home. This is the best beach home we have stayed at!"
