With a soaring wall of windows in the mid-level great room, you are treated to sweeping ocean views. Sophisticated accommodations and an impressive variety of amenities provide your family with an ideal retreat for making vacation memories. Imagine yourself lounging in one of the home’s many elegantly furnished common areas, available throughout the home’s three levels.
On the second floor, the great room is truly the hub of the home. The living area features vaulted ceilings and abundant windows to showcase the gorgeous ocean view. Relax on the comfortable furniture and watch TV or chat with loved ones. A gas fireplace is available for use during chillier months of the year. The living area’s wet bar provides easy access to refreshments. Sun decks and a covered front porch are also available on the middle level, perfect for sipping coffee as you watch a stunning sunrise over the ocean or cocktails as the sun sets to the west. Across the room, the kitchen is a cook's delight with a new 6-burner Wolf range and double oven, and even an additional wall oven. In the home, you will also find two sub-zero refrigerators/freezers, and an industrial stand-alone ice maker, and 3 dishwashers, all ready for the chefs and mixologists in your group to prepare unforgettable meals and cocktails. Barstool seating is available at the kitchen island for onlookers to watch the magic happening before them. Enjoy your meals in the dining area overlooking the ocean. A breakfast nook with a separate bar can serve as an ideal spot to grab a quick meal. Adjacent to the breakfast nook, curl up with a good book or watch TV on the sofa. The impressive wood-paneled study is also a quiet place to work remotely or read. Outside, the screened porch is a great place to enjoy meals as you listen to the waves lap the shore nearby. The third-floor landing overlooks the great room area and offers the same beautiful ocean view. The gorgeous four-season sunroom overlooks the ocean and offers a cozy loft providing a relaxing respite from the sun.
On the second floor, one lavish master bedroom is available, with a marble private bathroom. The spacious bathroom includes a stunning whirlpool tub. Two additional master bedrooms are available on the third floor, each with a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Those in your group seeking additional privacy will love the remaining bedroom on the top level, which has a spacious semi-private bathroom with a whirlpool tub, as well as a sitting area with a gas fireplace and a wet bar.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms share a full bathroom, with a whirlpool tub, between them. The home’s final bedroom is also located on the ground floor, as is a cabana bathroom that opens to the pool area. There is also a half bathroom conveniently situated on the second floor. The home’s rec room on the ground floor is ideal for playing pool and watching a game. Meals can be prepared nearby, as the rec room also has a full kitchen.
Just outside, your oceanfront oasis awaits. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool or just relax and lounge on a poolside chaise. After your swim, rinse off in the 2 poolside outdoor showers. The private walkway to the beach makes it convenient for strolls along the shoreline. After a day outside in the sunshine, enjoy a relaxing soak in the in-ground hot tub before bed. Head out into the Pine Island neighborhood for added fun at the tennis courts and community pool. Make treasured vacation memories along the beautiful Outer Banks shore.
