"Sunrise Sunset's views were amazing. The kitchen was beautiful and very functionable when having 16-18 people sitting around visiting during meal time. All the bedrooms were nice size."

"Our family has stayed in this home for three years. It was an awesome year this year. The new additions were awesome. The counters are beautiful and I liked the top deck with no steps we could leave our dog up there and didn’t have to worry about her, since she is a people watcher. Cannot wait to see next year changes. We are going again next year with the home. A couple suggestions for changes: why couldn’t you take the beach walkway off the second level to eliminate some of the steps going to the beach. It would be nice to have larger washer and dryer on the floors. The new cooktop was nice but six burners are nicer than the five burners. The older fridge needs to be replaced on the third floor and the basement. Our food in the door of the freezer thawed out in the upstairs fridge freezer. It would be nice to have cushions on those recliners at the pool area. It would also be nice to have a picnic table on the top deck in the indent off the kitchen entrance. Looking forward to the sitting area atop the dunes next year. Over all this home was awesome and the new owners made a big improvement to the property. Can’t wait till next year."
"This home has the potential to be perfect, with beautiful views of the ocean and the sound. The beach is beautiful, but the boardwalk to it needs to be replaced. We had a few issues with the home which were handled as well as possible (A/C, kitchen faucet, stovetop to name a few), and enjoyed our interactions with the many Twiddy representatives and independent contractors, all of whom were polite, respectful and efficient. The common area on the third floor is spacious and airy, and we loved having two washers and dryers, two dishwashers, three fridges and the ice maker on the ground floor."
Thank you for the kind words and constructive feedback. We are replacing the decking to the beach this off-season, as well as other upgrades throughout the property.
"Perfect location. Master on first floor needs a new bed. Totally sagging in the middle. Dishwashers need to be replaced, top rack of one was hard to slide out bc it was broken. Air on 2nd floor wouldn’t get cool enough. Couldn’t sit outside due to the spiders, mosquitoes and gnats. Not necessarily anyone’s fault but an exterminator might help. But again the location is amazing and made the above issues not so bad."
Thank you for staying at the property. Both dishwashers were replaced in early August (could not wait until the offseason). Other upgrades will be performed this off season including new beach decking. Be advised pest control is scheduled monthly to minimize the bugs and periodic washes of the house are completed to keep the insects away. Thank you again for the feedback.
"Location is great-between Duck and Corolla shopping and restaurants. The views from everywhere on the property are wonderful-sunrise over the ocean-sunset over the sound! Great having 2 hot tubs and dining table that fits everyone! Came in handy playing card games, doing puzzles and board games. The movie/media room was great for game night playing quiplash type games or video games etc. You can tell the owners are making improvements-inside of house is very nice only notable complaint is the outside railings going to the beach. Trying to hold on to them poses splinter hazard (removed a few over the week) especially for younger and older people. Otherwise awesome place!"
Thank you for the kind words as we just purchased the home in November 2020, and ran out of time to change the decking to the beach before the first rental in mid April. Be advised we plan to add a small sitting area on the dune and upgrade the steps and railings to the beach this off season. Hopefully, you will return and see some of the other upgrades planned this off-season. Thank you again.

Thank you for your feedback, as we are the new owners as of 10/30/20. We have added 7 Polywood chaise lounge chairs to the pool based on your constructive review. Additionally, we replaced the roof, painted the interior common areas and the exterior of the house, replaced all decking and rails on the house, updated the kitchen with granite countertops, added a new cooktop and microwave, and updated the media with multiple sets of bluetooth speakers. Additional updates will be next off season.
