“Sunrise Sunset” lives up to its name with spectacular painted skies and spectacular views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck Sound. With endless deck space and a private beach walkway, you’ll never miss the magical moments at this Pine Island community home.
Step onto the top level and you’ll be greeted by a sun-soaked great room to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Relax with the family, have a dance party with the sound system, or cozy up by the fireplace. Cooking delicious meals is a breeze in the gourmet kitchen, with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two ovens. The entire family can relish in mealtimes together in the 16-seat dining area. Groceries and luggage arrival are enjoyable with the three-level elevator or on the dune deck with seating for eight. Adjacent, you’ll find one master bedroom with a private bathroom and two luxurious decks.
On the middle level, the state-of-the-art theater room invites the entire family to a movie marathon! This level hosts four master bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as an additional bedroom with a semi-private bathroom. You’ll also find a convenient laundry area. Paradise is just a door away with deck access in each bedroom!
The ground level provides a master bedroom with a private bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a full cabana bath. The entertainment continues with a pool table, an arcade game, as well as a wet bar and refrigerator. A second laundry area is also provided.
The outdoor oasis awaits you with a stunning private pool, patio, gas grill, Bluetooth speakers, and two hot tubs. Accessible by a private walkway, the beach is just steps away. Beach cabana service is provided from late May through early September only. This home also provides access to the Pine Island community pool.
