"We are a return customer and have stayed in this home for over four years. The new owners have made a lot of changes to the home. The sitting area at the top of the dunes is awesome and the tile floor in the dining and living room area was awesome and beautiful. When we got to the home it smelled amazing and clean and we left it just as clean as when we found it. We always treat the home with a lot of respect and we vacuum the floors and we even mopped the upstairs floor. The only downfall of the home is the pool is so expensive to heat and when heated it really isn't warm. Hoping one day that the new owners will do something with it to make the pool area more appealing. Hopefully more chairs could be added to the pool area as well. Other than the pool this home is perfect. The new owners have done an awesome job!!! We have rebooked for next year and cannot wait to see what new stuff they have done. Love the new appliances, and they work well. Would also hope to some day get the ice maker back!!"
Thank you for the feedback over the last few years, as it has provided insight and has been well thought out. We finally got the broken ice maker replaced late last year, as a part was on backorder. Sorry for the inconvenience. We also added a table and 4 chairs to the pool area for sitting and eating. Lastly, we replaced the old propane pool heater with a new heat pump. The new heat pump should work better and we lowered the price for pool heat. Thank you again!

"We loved the location, a single row of houses. Beach was never crowded. The new deck was a plus and also the new walkway to beach. We would have liked a table by the pool for eating lunch or dinner and the grill location was awkward. It also could have used a dish drainer for items that could not be put in dishwasher."

The updates in appliances (looking forward to the new ovens that were installed on our last day!) and flooring are very much appreciated, and the new dune-top deck and walkways are fantastic! Having the Beach Cabana Plus is a very convenient, space-saving on the trip down amenity that we truly appreciated.
