On level one, you’ll find the three remaining bedrooms and the rec room where family fun can be had by all from the pool table and foosball! The rec room also has another queen size sleeper sofa, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and ice maker, all convenient to the outdoor fun of the private pool. The private swimming pool is well positioned for ample Southern Exposure for sunshine all throughout the day. Make a splash and soak up the sun in this spacious pool area with plenty of lounge seating and a new pergola cabana offering shade by the pool. For some additional recreational fun, an adjacent horseshoe pit awaits for settling old scores.
