The wall of windows in the great room on the top level allows the stunning ocean view to fill the room. Relax with loved ones on the comfortable furniture in the great room and enjoy the view, or head into the expanded living area with an entertainment center, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. During the cooler months, a gas fireplace is available in the great room to warm you up. The nearby spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment needed to prepare meals for your entire group, including two ovens, five-burner cooktop, and ample counter space, including countertop seating. Enjoy meals in the dining area or the breakfast room, which also showcases the stunning ocean views. Two dishwashers help make cleaning up less of a chore. There is one master bedroom and a half bathroom on the top floor of the home. The master bedroom includes a full bathroom, as well as a deck and views of the ocean. Relax on the top floor sun deck and enjoy the salty ocean breeze while listening to the waves roll in.
On the middle level of the home, you’ll find five master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Four of the master bedrooms have ocean views. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the middle floor.
There are three additional bedrooms on the ground level. The remainder of the first floor was furnished with fun in mind. Have a comfortable movie theater experience in the theatre room, which features a starfield ceiling, twelve loungers, and over 150 stored movies. There is a wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave in the theatre room, so the movie does not have to be paused to run and grab a snack or beverage. The rec room includes a pool table, TV, and kitchenette, as well as a bookshelf that allows you to find a good beach read before heading outside. A cabana full bathroom that opens to the pool area is convenient whether you’re inside or outside of the home.
Pick your spot in the pool area, whether you’re interested in being active or relaxing. Bask on a lounger in the sunshine, or cool off with a dip in the private pool. The pool features a 40’ lap lane as well as a shallow kiddie pool area. The hot tub is available for use when you’re ready for a restorative soak. The walkway to the beach is right beside the home, so you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time. Your entire family will cherish their time on the Outer Banks at “Waters Edge!”
