Guests of the home will also have use of the community center located literally around the corner, which features two community pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, sand volleyball court, a playground and jogging paths.
On the top level of the home, you’ll find comfortable living and dining areas with luxury vinyl plank flooring and a bright, light-filled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and corian countertops. Step out onto the sundeck to take in the ocean air or enjoy the breezes from the screened-in porch. The ship’s watch provides a cozy nook to curl up with your morning coffee or a good book in the afternoon. The third floor also offers a King Master Bedroom suite complete with a whirlpool tub and deck access. The first and second levels are home to the remaining bedrooms and laundry facilities. Four of the five total bedrooms in the home are master suites with private attached baths and private deck access, providing plenty of privacy for large or multi-family groups.
