Upon arrival, unloading luggage and groceries is a breeze using the home’s glass elevator, that services all 3 floors.
Once settled in, the 180-degree ocean view from the top level is the perfect backdrop. The living area features two spacious sitting areas with a gas fireplace in the center. The main living area is perfectly situated to watch the waves roll in as you converse with loved ones. The other area is ideally set up to steal away from the group to read, enjoy a show on the large screen TV, or relax on the massage chair.
Access the oceanfront deck from the great room where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean, spot dolphins in the waves or gaze at the stars.
The sunroom entertains all ages, and is equipped with a pinball machine, a train table, and a game table perfect for board games and puzzles.
If there is a pianist in your group, they are in for a treat with a piano at the top of the stairs. You also can put on your favorite beach vacation playlist using the whole-home speaker system.
The cooks in your group will love the spacious and well-equipped kitchen that includes a French door refrigerator, six-burner gas stove, a double oven, double sinks and a prep sink. With plenty of counter space and two dishwashers, prep and clean up are a snap. Dining options include an extra-large rectangular table, barstool seating around the kitchen counter, and a large round table in the dining room. The main living area includes a wraparound bar with a sink, icemaker, and barstool seating. A half bathroom is located on this level.
On the middle level, the rec room is equipped with a pool table for some friendly competition, two large screen TVs and spectator-style seating to allow for watching more than one sporting event simultaneously. The room also includes a wraparound bar with barstools and is equipped with deep bar sinks, a wine fridge, and an icemaker. There is also an additional full-sized refrigerator on this floor.
Access the pool area from the middle level and a home gym with a variety of fitness equipment and a TV.
Add movie night to your vacation agenda with the impressive theater room located on the ground level. Sink into one of the theater chairs or sit at the counter in the back. The theater room includes a wet bar with an under-counter refrigerator and a microwave.
The laundry room on the ground floor includes two sets of washers and dryers, as well as an additional full-sized refrigerator.
Outside, there are many opportunities for play and relaxation in the pool area. Take a dip in the private pool or soak up the sun poolside. And, after a day in paradise, the Blue Lady offers amazing accommodations. The spacious ensuite bedroom on the third floor offers access to the oceanfront deck as well as a generously sized attached bathroom with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and two water closets. Three additional ensuite bedrooms can be found on the second level, each with access to a covered deck. One additional bedroom on the middle floor has a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the common area. On the ground floor, you will find three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The ground floor captain’s quarters bedroom, with its real wood and brass details, is a dream for kids featuring a wheel, binnacle, portholes, and other nautical details.
In addition to the amenities offered at the Blue Lady, Pine Island offers community tennis and basketball courts, an oceanfront community pool, playground, and fitness center.
