Welcome to “La Fleur de Mer”, your OBX beachfront paradise! Located directly on the oceanfront, panoramic ocean views are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Spending your days soaking in the sun, playing in the waves, surfing, and searching for shells is convenient using the home’s private walkway to the beach. Featuring a luxurious outdoor area, onsite amenities include a large private pool, a cabana bar to serve refreshments, and not one but two hot tubs to soothe your muscles after a long day of outdoor recreation.
The great room on this pet friendly home’s third floor features high ceilings and large windows to allow the gorgeous ocean view to fill the space. Unloading luggage and groceries is a breeze using the home’s elevator. Relax with loved ones in the comfortably furnished living area, which includes a TV and a gas fireplace that can be used during chillier months of the year. Play a hand of cards at the small table nearby. Across the room and up a few steps, curl up with a good book in one of the chairs in the sitting area that overlooks the ocean. Just outside, watch a stunning sunrise over the ocean from the top-level deck. After dark, take a dip in the hot tub as you gaze up at the stars in the dark night sky. Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals throughout your vacation, simply add your groceries. Meals can be enjoyed together in the oceanfront dining area or in the breakfast bar area off of the kitchen. Barstool seating at the kitchen counter is also available for a quick snack. There is one oceanfront master bedroom on the top level, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. The spacious master bathroom includes a soaking tub, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. A half bathroom completes the top level.
On the middle level of the home, there are four additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of the master bedrooms have access to the deck, and the spacious bathrooms have soaking or whirlpool tubs. There’s no need to run up to the third floor if you get hungry or thirsty, as there is a wet bar with a refrigerator in the sitting area on the second floor. Laundry facilities are also available on the middle level. On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a semi-private full bathroom that opens to the common area.
The remainder of the ground floor of the home was furnished for entertainment. Watch sports on the big screen or take family movie night to a new epic level in the theater room. The game room is equipped with a large TV as well as a pool table and foosball for some friendly competition. For those who do not want to miss a workout during vacation, there is gym equipment available. The wet bar with refrigerator is centrally located in the rec room, which is also convenient to the pool area.
Just outside, soak in the sunshine in the outdoor oasis. Make a splash in the generously-sized private pool, or simply lounge around the poolside. The poolside cabana features a TV and a beverage refrigerator, and a rooftop sitting area that offers views of the ocean. The walkway to the beach includes a dune deck and an outdoor shower. For the active members of your group, Pine Island offers tennis courts, basketball courts, an outdoor community pool with kiddie pool, and a gym. Your entire family will love making memories at “La Fleur de Mer” in Corolla!
