Make memories while “Making Waves” at this vacation retreat in Corolla! This home is located directly on the oceanfront, offering panoramic ocean views throughout your stay. Featuring a spacious layout and top amenities, your entire family will love this well-appointed home.
On the home’s top floor, the open and airy great room features a wall of windows that allow the ocean view to fill the room. The living area is comfortably furnished, with plenty of space to kick back and relax. Watch TV with loved ones or simply gaze out at the waves rolling in. A gas fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. Up a small flight of stairs, the ship’s watch is perfect for those in your group who need to check in with work or school, as it is equipped with a desk. The ship’s watch is also a great place to curl up with a good book. The cooks in your group will love the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a gas stove, two refrigerators, a wine cooler, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. The elevator is a huge help with getting groceries up to the third floor of the home. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby. Barstool seating is also available at the kitchen counter. In the early morning, make your coffee and head outside to the deck to watch a breathtaking sunrise over the ocean. Back inside, there is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes access to the oceanfront deck and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom is also conveniently available on the third level.
Three additional master bedrooms are available on the second floor, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bathrooms has a whirlpool tub and access to a private deck. Another of the master bedrooms has access to the middle-floor deck. There is one additional bedroom, which includes access to the deck, and a full bathroom is also included on the second floor. The final two master bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, and each has a private bathroom. The laundry room, which includes two washers and two dryers, is available on the middle floor of the home.
The spacious media room on the home’s middle level is a great place to gather to watch a movie, put together a puzzle, or have an impromptu dance party. The rec room on the ground floor will be a popular place to hang out in the evenings, offering the opportunity to play foosball or gather around the pool table for some friendly competition. When refreshments are needed, there is a wet bar nearby with a full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor that also opens to the pool area.
Step outside for some fun in the sun! Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or lounge around the poolside. From the pool area, take a stroll over the dune via the home’s private walkway to the beach. After a long day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub before heading to bed. In addition to the amenities at the home, Pine Island offers a community pool, community tennis, basketball courts, a gym, and a playground.
