Relax, you’ve made it to “Absolute Paradise” on the Outer Banks! Expansive views of the ocean and sound are yours to enjoy from this oceanfront home. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset on the sound from this uniquely situated home. With nine bedrooms and a plethora of amenities, this is the perfect location for a memorable vacation with family and friends.
The stunning ocean and sound views are both on full display in the great room on the top floor of the home. Relax with loved ones in the spacious and comfortably furnished living area, which includes a TV as well as large windows overlooking the ocean. Across the room, the kitchen is a cook’s dream, with large ocean-facing windows above the stove and the sink. The spacious kitchen is also equipped for a crowd, with two ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a wine cooler, an ice maker, and plenty of counter space. Getting groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the third floor is a breeze using the elevator. There are two separate dining areas, one with a view of the ocean and the other with a view of the sound. Barstool seating at the kitchen counter is also available if needed. Outside on the deck, enjoy an unobstructed view of the sun rising over the ocean as you enjoy your morning coffee. Back inside and up a small flight of stairs, the sound-facing ship’s watch is a great place to catch up on email or read a book. The deck off of the ship’s watch is an amazing place to watch the sunset. A half bathroom is also available on the third floor of the home.
There are two master bedrooms on the third level of the home, each with a private bathroom and one with access to the deck. Six master bedrooms can be found on the middle level of the home, each with a private bathroom and five with deck access. The final master bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor of the home. The remainder of the home was designed with fun and games in mind.
On the second floor, take movie night to an epic level in the theater room. The den on the middle level can serve as a great place to work remotely and enjoy the ocean view as your backdrop, or to comfortably relax with a good book. A half bathroom and laundry facilities are also available on the middle floor of the home. Outside on the second-floor deck, soak your cares away in the hot tub.
The rec room on the ground floor will surely be a fun place to hang out in the evenings, as it is equipped with a pool table, foosball, comfortable furniture, a TV, and a treadmill. There is also a table and chairs, perfect for playing a hand of cards. Stock the fridge with drinks and the wet bar with snacks so that refreshments can be readily available for breaks in action. In addition to the rec room, a ping pong table is available for use in the garage. There are two half bathrooms on the ground floor, one of which connects to the pool area for convenience.
Outside, enter the pool area, which is an oceanfront oasis. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool before relaxing in the warm hot tub. The nearby tiki bar is a great place to hang out when you’re ready for a break from the sunshine. From the pool area, stroll over the private walkway to the beach to reach the soft sands of Corolla. The walkway is equipped with an outdoor shower and a dune deck. There is just one row of homes in this stretch of Pine Island, which means the beach is uncrowded. For the golfers in your group, reduced greens fees are available at The Currituck Club. Make memories while enjoying the view at “Absolute Paradise” in Corolla!
