Surround yourself with coastal elegance at “Ritz Palm” in Corolla! Situated directly on the beach, gorgeous ocean views are yours to enjoy throughout your vacation. There is just one row of houses in this section of Pine Island, offering views of both the ocean and the sound. Start your day with a stunning sunrise over the ocean and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the Currituck Sound.
Upon entering the great room on the home’s top floor, you are greeted by an open and spacious room with the ocean view as your backdrop. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for relaxing with loved ones or watching TV. There is a small desk area, ideal for checking in with work or school if needed during your stay. Across the room, the spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to store food and prepare meals for a large group. The home’s elevator is helpful for unloading luggage and for getting groceries up to the kitchen on the third floor. The kitchen includes three ovens, two cooktops, two refrigerators, a wine cooler, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. Enjoy family meals together with an ocean view in the dining area nearby. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter barstools, kitchen island barstools, and the smaller table in the kitchen nook that includes a great sound view. Outside on the deck, breathe in the salty ocean air as you listen to the waves lap the shore. Laundry facilities and a half bathroom are also available on the top level of the home.
The spacious master bedroom on the third floor is truly a sight to behold, with a stunning ocean view and a private oceanfront deck. The bedroom and private bathroom feature a gas fireplace between them. In the large bathroom, you’ll find a soaking tub, a spacious shower, and a double vanity.
Down the elegant curved staircase on the second floor, you’ll find a sitting area with a TV and a gas fireplace for use during cooler times of the year. Access to the covered deck is available from the sitting room. Gather your entire family for some evening fun in the rec room, which features a pool table, multiple TVs, and a poker table. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher is nearby when snacks and drinks are needed. Four master bedrooms are on the second floor, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms includes a gas fireplace, as well as a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Two of the other master bedrooms offer access to the covered deck. The mid-level deck connects to the poolside cabana’s rooftop sundeck, which overlooks the pool area. A half bathroom is also available on the middle level of the home.
Step outside to discover the home’s outdoor oasis. The private pool area features a spacious pool with a tanning ledge, decking, loungers, and a grassy lawn area ideal for playing cornhole. The poolside cabana is ideal for relaxing in the shade, with lounge seating, a TV, and a wet bar for keeping drinks chilled. A private walkway leads directly from the pool area to the beach, with a dune-top deck offering panoramic ocean views.
In addition to the amenities offered at the home, Pine Island offers community tennis, basketball courts, a gym, a playground, and a community pool. Golfers in your group will appreciate reduced greens fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club. “Ritz Palm” has all you need and more for a memorable Outer Banks vacation!
