Relax and unwind at “Miss Bee Haven” on the oceanfront in Corolla! Located in the prestigious Pine Island community, this wonderful coastal retreat offers stunning views of the ocean. Step outside with your morning coffee to see a beautiful Outer Banks sunrise. End your day with an Outer Banks sunset and a cold beverage in hand. This beautifully maintained 10-bedroom coastal retreat offers amenities that all in your group will enjoy.
The top level of the home features an open concept great room, with large windows that showcase the gorgeous ocean view. The spacious living area is the perfect place to relax and chat with loved ones or to catch the morning news while you’re preparing for a day of fun in the sun. A fireplace is available for use during the cooler months. The attractive kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for your entire group for the duration of your stay. An elevator assists with transporting groceries from the ground level up to the kitchen. Multiple cooks can be in the kitchen, with two ovens and ample work space on the huge granite island that anchors the center of the kitchen. Two sinks and two dishwashers make cleanup a breeze. Queue up your favorite playlist on the surround sound system to set the evening vibe. A wine cooler is also included for easy access to adult beverages. Meals can be enjoyed in the nearby dining area, at the breakfast area, or at the kitchen countertop seating area. In addition, there is ample seating outside on the oceanfront deck for an unforgettable outdoor dining experience. Also included on the third floor are two oceanfront master bedrooms and a half bathroom. Each master bedroom includes a spacious full bathroom, gas fireplace, and deck access with views of either ocean sunrises or Western sunsets.
The middle level of the home includes four oceanfront master bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom, and two bunk bed rooms, each with a private full bathroom, and each featuring four built-in twin beds with individual charging cubbies and light fixtures. In addition, there is an office/den that is a standalone room with a door, serving as a quiet place to catch up on email, enjoy a game of chess, or read a good book. The office/den and all mid-level bedrooms feature deck access.
There are two additional master bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a full bathroom, and one with handicap-friendly features. The remainder of the first floor was designed with entertainment in mind. A spacious theater room with comfortable tiered seating will take family movie night to an epic new level. Endless hours of fun are waiting for you in the arcade-style rec room, which includes a large screen TV, bubble hockey table, pinball machine, multi-game arcade machine, and a high-top table with seating for eight, perfect for family game night or collaborating to put together a puzzle. Comfortable seating and a TV are nearby in the room for those who would like to lounge. Snacks and cold drinks are always available at the nearby kitchenette with a refrigerator, ice machine, and microwave, as well as a wet bar that includes a full-size refrigerator. A full bath, that conveniently opens to the rec room and the pool area, is included on the first floor. Double laundry facilities are also available on the ground level.
The fun continues outside of the home in the pool area. Practice your cannonball or simply take a dip in the private pool, with a shallow wading area and hot tub. Multiple seating options in the pool area allow you to bask in the sunshine or relax in the shaded cabana and enjoy the cooling breeze of an overhead fan. The cabana features a mini-refrigerator as well as an outdoor sound system, so there’s no need to venture into the house once you’re outside. From the pool area, access the beach via the private beach walkway. A convenient foot wash station is available on the walkway to keep sand out of the pool. For the active members of your group, this home has access to the Pine Island community tennis courts and offers discounted golf at Kilmarlic Golf Club. “Miss Bee Haven” is sure to be your group’s favorite place to make OBX vacation memories!
