T42008Seeking a memorable Outer Banks vacation home in a great location? It’s “No Probllama” at this well-equipped beach house on the 4x4 beach! Nestled in the live oak trees and featuring multiple decks, this family-friendly retreat is the perfect place to view the Corolla Wild Horses as they graze.
On the home’s top floor, you’ll find the great room, the main gathering place in the home. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area and plan your day outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. Gather in the dining area to enjoy meals together, or dine outdoors on the screened porch. Outside on the sun deck, bask in the salty breeze coming from the nearby ocean.
There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and a private deck. An additional master bedroom, including a private bathroom, is on the second floor. Two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities are also available on the second level. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the landing between the top and middle floors.
The ground-level rec room is a true kids' zone, featuring an arcade game, TV, bean bag chairs, as well as various toys and entertainment options. There’s no need to go upstairs to get a drink or a snack, as a wet bar is provided in the rec room. A half bathroom is available on the ground floor of the home.
Outside, let the fun begin! Step outside into the poolside cabana to access the pool area. Make a splash in the private pool or simply lounge around the poolside. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, head back into the cabana to relax. A half bathroom is conveniently located near the pool.
The 4x4 beach allows you to slow down and appreciate the serene coastal surroundings. Unwinding is “No Probllama” at this welcoming OBX retreat!

North Swan Beach
On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
