Outside on the deck, salty ocean breezes await you, along with the sound of the waves lapping the shore nearby. The cooks in your group are in for a treat, as the professionally designed kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals as elaborate as you’d like throughout your stay, including a double oven. A separate wet bar in the great room offers easy access to beverages. Getting groceries from the ground floor to the kitchen on the third floor is a breeze using the home’s elevator. After big family meals, two dishwashers are a huge help when cleaning up. Let the ocean view serve as your backdrop as you enjoy family meals together in the dining area. Or, dine outside and enjoy the ocean views and salty breeze. A half bathroom is available on the third floor for convenience.

A beverage center with a coffee bar, microwave and mini refrigerator helps keep snacks close and the drinks cold. The guest house also offers a spacious first-floor living area. It’s the perfect spot to curl up on the sectional for a cinematic experience, with the added flexibility of a Queen sleeper for a restful night's sleep.
A second living area is available on the middle level of the main home, perfect for those in your group who would like to sneak away for some downtime to watch TV or read a book. Choose from various entertainment options on the ground floor of the home, whether you’re looking for something to do in the evenings or on a rainy day. Queue up your favorite movie in the rec room, which includes a home theater system, or gather around the pool table for some friendly competition. Challenge someone to a game on the arcade game, or utilize the large circular table for an epic board game, puzzle, or high-stakes card night. Snacks and beverages can be readily available in the nearby wet bar, which includes a full refrigerator, eliminating the need to run upstairs for another drink.
Outside, your vacation oasis awaits. Bask in the sunshine poolside on the spacious, heat-resistant deck and take a dip in the private pool to cool off. Attached to the main pool, you'll find a serene wading area designed for ultimate relaxation. Relax to the peaceful sound of the new waterfall feature as it cascades over the infinity edge into the main pool. If you’re looking to warm up, relax in the bubbling hot tub located on the second-level deck. The cabana house by the pool includes two private showers, a private water closet and a wet bar with an under counter refrigerator.
The shared beach access beside the home is conveniently accessible from the pool area, offering the opportunity to go to and from the beach as you please. Done with the sand? Slip into the private outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) and dry changing area to freshen up for a poolside BBQ. Gather for a poolside feast in the comfort of the shaded dining area.
