Thanks for providing such detailed information. The gas grill was new this season so will have to check on that. We’re going to replace the oven later this year and will also have an electrician come evaluate. Also plan to finish landscaping, it’s a challenge to keep the weeds out.

The toaster and dishwasher have been replaced and other updates made to ceiling and the living room.
