‘Tis the Sea Sun for a memorable Outer Banks vacation! This eight bedroom oceanfront home is located on the desirable southern end of Pine Island. Wake to beautiful ocean sunrises, relaxing with family and friends during the long days of summer and ending the day watching spectacular sunsets over the Currituck Sound while enjoying everything that a vacation at the beach has to offer!
Level three was designed with an open floor plan that takes full advantage of the views and is a great place for everyone to gather. Entering the generously sized gourmet kitchen, you’re greeted with a mini wine cooler, double refrigerators, double ovens, two dishwashers, two cooktops and ample prep space, allowing for the convenience of cooking together. Two dining areas ensure that the whole group can sit and enjoy a meal together. For a quieter space to get away, step up to the ship's watch that features a private deck perfect for watching the sunset. The master bedroom with private deck and bath retreat on this level offer expansive views of both the sea and sound!
Level two boasts five additional spacious bedrooms that each contain a private bath. Four of these bedrooms have access to the large exterior decks, two facing the ocean and two facing the sound, for additional common space to relax and appreciate the views.
Level one features two additional bedrooms/baths, a media room and the ultimate space for entertainment. The pool table and card table can be found in the rec room with views of the pool and dune. There’s also a game room with ping pong, air hockey table and an arcade game, so there’s fun for all! The laundry room provides two washers and two dryers. Stepping outside, you’ll find the private pool area where the hot tub and outdoor showers are located as well as an outside entry to a poolside full bath. The ocean is steps away via the private beach walk from this area, as well as a dune deck - the perfect spot to enjoy a breathtaking oceanfront sunrise.
Feel free to bring your electric vehicle! There is an on-site EV receptacle (NEMA 14-50R) available just outside the garage.

"This is a great house for multiple families. The owners have taken great care of the property. Furniture inside and out is in excellent condition. Great kitchen for multiple chefs. Can’t beat the location as the house is right on the ocean and has unobstructed views of the ocean and the sound. The sunsets are spectacular."
