“Goodnight Moon” is an oceanfront dream located in the southern section of Pine Island! With just one row of homes between the ocean and the sound, gorgeous sunrises over the ocean and stunning sunsets on the sound will be on your vacation agenda. Along with a meticulously landscaped yard, this well-equipped vacation retreat checks all of the boxes for an ideal Outer Banks vacation. From the spacious outdoor areas to the stunning ocean views, this pet friendly home is perfect for your next seaside getaway.
Breathtaking views of both the ocean and the sound are present from the great room on the top level of the home. Relax in the cozy living area, which is enhanced by the natural light pouring in from the abundance of windows. The fully appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for a crowd, including two ovens, an expansive gas cooktop, plenty of counter space, a wet bar, and two dishwashers for easy clean up. The dining area offers stunning ocean views while you enjoy family meals together. Grab your favorite beach read and head up to the loft, which offers views of the sound and opens to a private covered deck.
There is one oceanside master bedroom on the top floor, which includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and access to the oceanfront deck. Two additional oceanside master bedrooms are available on the middle floor, each with access to the deck and a private bathroom, one with a whirlpool tub. There is one additional master bedroom with a private bathroom and deck access on the second floor. Two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities complete the second floor. On the ground floor, two bedrooms share a full bathroom between them, and a full bath and a cabana half bath are available as well.
The rec room on the ground floor provides fun for all, with a pool table, foosball, and an arcade game. Stock the nearby wet bar, so snacks and cold drinks are readily available. A ping pong table is available in the garage nearby. Just outside, you are greeted by the inviting private pool where you can enjoy a morning swim. When you’re ready to warm up, the hot tub is waiting. From the pool area, the private walkway to the beach features a dunetop deck, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. Finish your days stargazing on the beach and say “Goodnight Moon” at the end of a perfect day on the Outer Banks!

The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and cookware that you could possibly need, the entertainment was fantastic with the pool, hot tub, pool table, video games, ping pong, foosball, there is absolutely no need to fret about a rainy day.
