On the top floor, the spacious great room features ample seating for the whole family. The ocean-facing windows allow the ocean views and sunshine to flow in. Watch the big game on the TV or have a family dance party. Enjoy orange sunsets from the loft or curl up with a beach read. Discover your inner chef in the kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops, and a double oven. Mealtimes can be enjoyed in the ample dining area, with seating for 20, and the additional breakfast bar with seating for 4. Enjoy happy hour with a drink from the wet bar and catch up with loved ones on the sun deck. The top floor features one master bedroom with a private bathroom and deck access. There is also a convenient half bathroom.
The middle floor hosts the sleeping quarters. Relax with comfort and privacy with five master bedrooms, each complete with a private bathroom and deck access.
More fun awaits on the first floor with the rec room. Have endless hours of fun with a thrilling game of foosball and pool. Snacks can be enjoyed from the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. There are two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a cabana half-bathroom.
