Welcome to “Sandpiper”! Ideally situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, this semi-oceanfront retreat aims to please. Coastal comfort and a list of amenities combine to create this seaside vacation venue. Relax and rejuvenate in this coastal setting of rolling waves, salty air, and sandy beaches that await you and your family.
On the top floor, the spacious great room features ample seating for the whole family. The ocean-facing windows allow the ocean views and sunshine to flow in. Watch the big game on the TV or have a family dance party. Enjoy orange sunsets from the loft or curl up with a beach read. Discover your inner chef in the kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops, and a double oven. Mealtimes can be enjoyed in the ample dining area, with seating for 20, and the additional breakfast bar with seating for 4. Enjoy happy hour with a drink from the wet bar and catch up with loved ones on the sun deck. The top floor features one master bedroom with a private bathroom and deck access. There is also a convenient half bathroom.
The middle floor hosts the sleeping quarters. Relax with comfort and privacy with five master bedrooms, each complete with a private bathroom and deck access.
More fun awaits on the first floor with the rec room. Have endless hours of fun with a thrilling game of foosball and pool. Snacks can be enjoyed from the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. There are two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a cabana half-bathroom. Outside, splash all day in the private pool or soak in the sun rays. Challenge the family to shoot some hoops or try your luck on the putting green. Take a stroll on the beach or take a dip in the ocean with the beach access.
