The home is beautifully decorated. The owner clearly takes pride in their beach home. The pool and deck furniture was the best we have ever had. We were extremely satisfied and hope to return next year.

Guests of E077 gain access to the beach access from the road, there is not a connecting access from the home.

Hello! For purposes of dog / beach rules, does the Pine Island community follow Corolla rules (dogs allowed but on a leash)? What is the dividing line between Duck (no leash requirement) and Corolla? Thank you!
Betsy, that is a great question. The beaches of the Pine Island Community are subject to the lease laws for Corolla, NC. The Northern most point for Duck's Leash Laws would be the Palmer's Island Community just North of Sanderling. All communities North of the Currituck County line would be subject to Corolla laws.
