Surround yourself with luxurious amenities and tasteful decor in “Pine Island Landing,” a one-of-a-kind oceanfront retreat! Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from this gorgeous home. The large windows in the spacious great room on the third floor of the home allow the beautiful ocean view to fill the room. The entire home contains elegant furnishings, which are modern and comfortable.
The spacious great room features multiple seating areas, a dining area, kitchen, and a separate area with a smaller table and chairs. The living area is cozy, with a home theater system, modern furniture, and a gas fireplace, perfect for the cooler months of the year. Step out onto the oceanfront deck to enjoy the beautiful ocean view and salty breeze. The large kitchen is a cook’s dream, with two Sub-Zero refrigerators, a cooktop with six burners, two ovens, three microwave ovens, two pantries, and ample counter space for meal preparation. In addition, there are two dishwashers to assist with cleanup. A separate coffee bar allows you to quickly make your coffee and head outside to the oceanfront deck to enjoy a gorgeous Outer Banks sunrise. The adjacent dining area has a table and upscale chairs with room for 12, as well as a view of the ocean. An additional table and chairs, with seating for four, can be found at the opposite end of the kitchen. There is an elevated additional living/dining area with a table and chairs that seats six, perfect for additional seating for meals or for spreading out a puzzle to work on throughout your stay. For those that must work while on vacation, there is an office available for use. There are two spacious master bedrooms on the upper level of the home, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms features ocean views, a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and a large sitting area with entertainment center. Kids will feel at ease staying on the same level as their parents, as the den on the third floor includes a queen sleeper sofa. There is a half bathroom is located on the top level as well. The elevator is a great help with unloading groceries and luggage and provides assistance to those with mobility issues.
The middle level of the home consists of bedrooms. There are six master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, two of which have handicap-friendly features. Three of the spacious master bedrooms have large sitting areas, and four master bedrooms provide deck access. One of the spacious master bedrooms is a family suite, featuring built in bunk beds. No need to go upstairs to the kitchen first thing in the morning, as there is a coffee bar on the middle floor, which includes a full refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Laundry facilities are located on the middle level, and there are three washers and three dryers.
The lower level of the home includes multiple entertainment options, perfect for hours of play or relaxation. The poolside rec room offers a pool table and plenty of space to lounge. The nearby arcade features a foosball table and several arcade games. In addition to the games in the rec room and arcade, there is a ping pong table in the garage. Watch your favorite movies on the big screen in the theater room, which seats 10-12. There is a wet bar with refrigerator nearby, with access to the pool area and theater room, so cold drinks and snacks can always be available. Don’t miss your workout while on vacation, as this home has an exercise room that includes a stationary bike, row machine with a water feature, an elliptical trainer, free weights, and a punching bag. Head outside for a refreshing post-workout swim, as the exercise room has direct access to the pool deck.
Step outside to the oasis, which was thoughtfully appointed to maximize your group’s outdoor comfort and enjoyment. The extra large pool area is as stunning as it is functional. Take a dip in the large private pool. The smallest vacationers in your group will love splashing around in the kiddie pool, or playing in the nearby kids play area. When you’re ready for a break, relax in the sunshine poolside on one of the comfortable loungers or head over to the nearby swing. The hot tub is tucked in the corner of the pool area, with elevated steps to assist with entry. The poolside bar allows you a place to hang out by the pool all afternoon. The beach is accessed by an elevated private walkway. Go all the way down to the ocean or pause on the dunetop deck to have a seat and enjoy the breeze. Pine Island offers miles of uncrowded soft-sand beaches, as well as a central location that is easily accessible to the best shopping, dining, and attractions in Duck and Corolla.
