On the top level of the home, the gorgeous ocean view is on full display in the great room. Relax with loved ones or watch TV in the comfortably furnished living area, which features large windows to allow natural light and the beautiful view to fill the space. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler times of the year. Outside on the deck, enjoy the ocean view and salty breeze. There are various seating options to choose from, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean or for kicking back with a cold beverage in the afternoon. Back inside and up a short flight of stairs, the ship’s watch is the perfect place to curl up with a good book. A TV is also available in the ship’s watch. The spacious kitchen is stocked with all the equipment needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Getting groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the third level is a breeze using the elevator. Two refrigerators in the kitchen offer plenty of space for grocery storage. After big family meals, two dishwashers are a big help when cleaning up. The large table in the dining area overlooks the ocean, and additional seating is available at the kitchen island and the smaller round table.
There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes access to the oceanfront deck, and an expansive bathroom with a soaking tub. A half bathroom is also available on the top level. On the second floor, you’ll find four additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom between them. Laundry facilities are available on the middle level. The remaining two master bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also available on the ground floor.
The remainder of the ground floor was designed for entertainment. Choose to play one of the arcade games in the rec room or gather around the pool table for some friendly competition. Gather in the media room and watch your favorite movie. When you’re ready for refreshments, head over to the wet bar in the rec room, which includes an icemaker. The rec room also offers a sitting area with a TV, as well as a table and chairs that are perfect for playing a hand of cards.
Just outside, the private pool area offers additional fun things to do. Make a splash in the private pool, or lounge around in the sunshine poolside. Outdoor games to choose from include a pool table, ping pong, and corn hole. A tiki bar and the home’s grills are also included in the pool area, allowing you to cook and enjoy lunch or dinner poolside. If you’d like to enjoy a refreshing “Sunrise Surf”, the shared walkway to the beach is right beside the home, offering easy beach access. At the end of a long, fun day, the bubbling hot tub is waiting for you to enjoy a relaxing soak.
In addition to the amenities offered at the home, Pine Island offers community amenities, such as tennis, a community pool, basketball courts, and a playground. With only two rows of homes in this section of Pine Island, you’ll enjoy an uncrowded beach. For any members of your group that drive an electric vehicle, there is an EV charger available for use.
