Its convenient location makes trips to and from the beach effortless. Enjoy long days outside in the sunshine at the beach or by the private pool, and then retreat to the beach house for all the comforts of home.
The home’s main gathering space is on the top level, in the light and airy great room. Kick back and relax in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during chillier times of the year. Head up to the ship’s watch for a quieter space to check in with the office or read a good book. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just stock groceries. There is a dining area nearby and countertop seating in the kitchen. Step outside onto the third level deck to soak in the sunshine and salty breeze. There is one master bedroom on the third floor that includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
The lower two levels consist of sleeping accommodations. On the middle level, there is one master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. There are two additional bedrooms that each have deck access and share a full bathroom between them. The hot tub is located on the second floor deck, perfect for a restorative soak at day’s end. The remaining master bedroom can be found on the ground floor of the home and it includes a private bathroom. Laundry facilities are also available on the first floor.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around the poolside in the sunshine. The Pine Island community is situated between the best shopping, dining, and attractions in Duck and Corolla. The walkway to the community pool and tennis courts is conveniently located alongside the home for easy access to the community amenities. Make treasured vacation memories at “Flying the Coop!”
