"This home was beautiful. We loved the pool and the hot tub and there was plenty of space for family and friends. We especially appreciated the ample chairs around the pool. The layout of the kitchen was also beautiful and helpful in accommodating large groups!"

"The house is great! Lots of rooms to accommodate adults and children. The swimming pool and hot tub are excellent. There is plenty of outdoor seating around the pool with a sheltered bar, tv and dining table. Also a brand new ping pong table. The huge driveway accommodates several cars with room to play and use the basketball net. Great proximity to the beach. An added feature- the house is located on a cul-de-sac, which adds to the safety of young children crossing over to the beach walkway. There is a huge game room on the ground level with pool table, arcade machine and laundry area. The kitchen has double appliances - stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers and coffee makers. The house is a vacation “paradise”."

"So many things! Size, layout & location are fantastic. Size and privacy of pool is hard to find. Very nice pool and outdoor furniture. The sun room with slider is a perfect spot for the little ones to have some toys but can still see them. We were so happy to find that many of our negatives from last year had been addressed and the general cleanliness of the exterior was much improved! The new decking in the outdoor shower and bar area are excellent. Kitchen is well stocked and the grill was in much better shape this year."

"We had everything we needed through out the home- from the kitchen to the grill to the amazing decks for sunrise and sunsets. Nicely located between Duck and Corolla and right across from the boardwalk to the ocean. Great weather and a wonderful family time. Best house in the 15 years we have been coming to the area."

"This home was wonderful! We stayed with five young kids. Perfect for multiple families and has a fully stocked kitchen. The home had a high chair, pack and play and proper safety precautions for the pool. I only had to bring a baby gate. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We will definitely be back!!"

"This house was just about perfect. It had plenty of room for our four families with children ranging in age from 16 to 2. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was large with lovely furniture, and the beach access was close by. We had an issue with the upper floor AC that was quickly resolved. We will rent this home again."

"This was our first stay at Ocean Paradise! The location, beach access and views are fantastic! The inside was well appointed with comfortable beds, modern and clean decor, and a large dining table (one of the biggest things we look for in a rental)! The layout and space of the home was wonderful for our multi generational family group. Little touches like labeled drawers and cabinets and numbered bedrooms doors were so appreciated and very much utilized! We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the double appliances were so useful! The pool and surrounding furniture are very nice and well maintained. The arcade game in the lower level was the highlight for the kids :) It is obvious the homeowner takes pride in the inside of the home and we found it to be a very comfortable rental."

"The home fit our family really well, it was everything we wanted, loved the spaciousness and 2 of everyone the kitchen- 2 dishwashers,2 refrigerators, 2 stoves/ovens. Only wish the pool had a heated option it was absolutely freezing and we could not use, grandchildren turned blue :( Otherwise, place is the best and hopefully we will be back!"

"Ocean Paradise lived up to its name! What an amazing layout, magnificent pool area, and the best was the driveway space! We had corn hole tournaments, kids played, rode bikes, etc. Being on a cul-de-sac was ideal! Walk to the beach was a breeze and beautiful. Fantastic ocean view from top deck!! The amenities supported 6 families! 2 ovens, 2 fridges, etc., made everything easy! Would highly recommend, and hope to be back again!!"

"This is our first year in this home. We had stayed in several homes over the last 15 years but as our families grew we had to move on to other homes. This past year we had a new addition which will be the families last and we needed to find a home with 9 bedrooms. This house checked all our boxes and it is also cosmetically updated inside and out. The owners redid the pool and chairs and there is a really cool outside cabana with a TV and bar. The outside shower could fit a whole family! The beach access is literally across the cul de sac from the house and the walkway is new, wide, and safe. Also a plus being in Pine Island, a few miles from Harris Teeter and Timbuck II. The kitchen has 2 of everything (microwave, fridge/freezer, stoves/oven, microwaves, sinks, coffee pots, also very well stocked with everything you need. The upstairs also has a smaller living room with a sliding glass door that serves great for us as playroom/Kids TV watching area. The basement has a pool table with TV and separate area with couches and another TV. The front deck access has beautiful views of the ocean as well as a great place to sip your morning coffee. We also lucked out on weather on only had rain intermittently one day! We had puzzles to keep us busy on that day. This will now be our lifelong OBX home and we have already reserved for next year!"

"This house is uniquely positioned on a cul de sac with views and sounds of the ocean. The rooms are very nice as is the pool area which offers good privacy. Beach access for the street is literally across from the driveway. Some of the houses on the street have their own private beach access so it did not see much traffic the week we were there. We enjoyed the views from the upper most space with a clear view of the ocean; it was a nice place to read when everyone retired for the evening. There is a room off of main family room with its own television that is another great place to read; the noise isolation from a full family room is pretty amazing. The house has a pool table and nice lower level- particularly for children. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with just about any utensil or container you could possibly need. It also has two dishwashers which can come in handy. Overall, this house met and exceeded our expectations."
