The pool area includes Polywood adirondack chairs, pool loungers, picnic tables, gas grill, 2 outdoor showers and bathroom. End your day watching the sunset from the spacious dune deck and then relax under the stars in the hot tub.
Inside, the main floor has spectacular ocean views from every spot! The great room has two top-grain leather sofas, contemporary coastal decor, and large TV with Sonos speakers. Grab lunch or enjoy dinner while watching the dolphins swim by from the dining table, bar counter or outside on the deck. The well appointed kitchen can accommodate every occasion, whether you're cooking for the big holiday get together, or just dinner for the family. The fourth floor Eagles nest has panoramic views of the ocean and Pine Island, and is perfect for a small group to play games or to use as an additional eating area. The large master bedroom on this level has Carolina built Lexington furniture and a spacious master bathroom with more ocean views.
The middle level has three master bedrooms, each with a view of the sea, deck access, smart TV's with streaming capability, and updated bathrooms. In the den a group can enjoy a movie together or listen to music on the Sonos speaker, or use as a home office while enjoying the ocean views. This level also has a washer and dryer to make doing laundry convenient during your vacation.
The ground level is perfect for the kids to have fun! There are two bedrooms each with outdoor access and a shared, updated bathroom. The media room has 4 large, leather recliners and a large TV with Sonos speakers to enjoy a movie at night or on a rainy day. The game room has a pool table, large TV and a bar-top counter with 6 bar chairs. Keep your additional food, beach drinks and bags of ice in the refrigerator on this level. A stackable washer and dryer completes the level for added convenience. Outside, the front of the house has a basketball hoop, 2-car carport, and a large driveway for additional parking.
The house is conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac and is just a short walk to the Pine Island playground, tennis/pickleball court, sand volleyball court, and community pool. You're also just a bike ride or quick drive away from popular Outer Banks attractions including the wild horse tours, Currituck Beach Lighthouse, The Currituck Club golf course, downtown Duck, Timbuck II Shopping Village, and other shops and restaurants that'll keep you coming back year after year!
