Inside, the common spaces are designed to bring everyone together. The open great room is filled with natural light. The comfortably furnished living area is ideal for gathering to watch a movie or simply catching up with one another. A gas fireplace is available to keep the room cozy during the cooler months of the year. The spacious kitchen makes meal prep effortless, with all the necessary equipment and generous counter space to accommodate cooking for a crowd. The nearby dining table invites family dinners and long conversations. The den on the second floor can serve as a second living area and offers access to the deck. Outside, the wrap-around deck offers a great vantage point to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets.
Step outside, and the vacation fun continues. The private pool is perfect for taking a dip on sunny afternoons, while the hot tub provides a peaceful spot to unwind under the stars. Expansive decks provide both shaded lounging areas and open spaces for soaking in the ocean breeze.

Two bedrooms and one full bathroom can be found on the ground floor.
When it’s time to explore, both Duck and Corolla are within easy reach. Duck Village offers charming shops, waterside dining, and the scenic boardwalk, while Corolla boasts the historic Currituck Beach Lighthouse and boutique shopping.
