On the top floor, is a master suite with a whirlpool and private deck. On the middle floor, there are two queen master suites, a king bedroom, and a queen bedroom, all with deck access. On the ground floor, challenge each other in a game of billiards, or watch the big game in the rec room that also has a home theatre system. This level also has a den area with a queen sleeper sofa and a bedroom that has a duo and trundle bed. Whip up some snacks to munch on in the kitchenette, or make a refreshing drink in the wet bar area. Relish in the refreshing ocean breeze while playing a game of basketball with the home's basketball goal. The community tennis courts are also only steps away.
