Based on floor plan numbers, which bedrooms have Ks and which have Qs?
Elizabeth, we are happy to clarify which of the bedrooms do not have kings. Bedroom #7 and Bedroom #3 have a queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a Duo and Twin. All other bedrooms have king beds.

Kimberly, 2 round cake pans will be available, however, a hand mixer will not be available.

Is there a stereo that plays outside to the pool area?

Can you drive on this beach and if not is there parking near the beach
Thank you for your inquiry Patty, unfortunately, driving is not permitted on the beaches near this home. Driving is permitted on the beaches about 15-20 minutes North of this home's location. There is not public parking available, however, it is just a short walk to the beach access from E106.

When are the 2017 planned renovations taking place?
Brian, the renovations are being completed over the off-season. They are scheduled to be completed prior to the home being available for rentals in early March.

Is this house within walking distance of any stores or shops.
Patty, E106 is not within walking distance to stores or shops, however, it is just a short drive from two large shopping centers.

How far is the walk to the beach? Is there a cut through or is the best beach access from Myrtle Pond Rd to Sprig Pt to pick up the walkway?
Bob, E106 is just a short walk to the beach. We would estimate it is approximately a 4-5 minute walk. You can access the community beach walkway from Sprig Pt or Deep Neck Rd.

Is the pool table a full size table or bumper pool? The amenities says bumper pool, but the pictures seem to show full size pool table.

If there are two or more dishwashers, where are they located.
There are currently 2 dishwashers in the L3 kitchen, and 1 dishwasher in the L1 gameroom.

Is there a big screen TV in the game room? There is some soft furniture pointed in on direction, but it is not clear what it points to.
Currently the home provides a flat screen TV as well as two smaller wall mounted flat screen TVs in the game room. However, this is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.

Fantastic question, Tony! There are some multi-use paths available that run along the road in this area. However, the streets within the community are open to bike use as well.

Is there a pack and play at the house?
Baby equipment such as high chairs and pack and plays are considered specialty items and not advertised amenities. As a result we do not require owners to provide them nor do we take inventory of what may be in the home upon arrival. We are happy to recommend some local resources in our area who rent daily as well as weekly should you choose not to bring those things with you.
