Step onto the top floor and stunning views of ocean waves will greet you. Designed for families to gather, the great room is perfect for dance parties or simply catching up with loved ones. All chefs will love the professionally equipped kitchen! With two dishwashers and a double oven, preparing meals is a breeze! The home also features an all-floor elevator, making groceries and luggage arrival a seamless experience. The ample dining area provides the perfect space for laughter and conversation during meal times. Experience indoor and outdoor living with the sundeck. Enjoy morning coffees and sunset drinks with comfortable furnishings and salty breezes! There is one master bedroom with a private bathroom and deck access. There is also a convenient half-bathroom.
